“Everything is great about this place except for the service. Seems like the employees can only do one thing at a time. There is always a long line, and it's painful to watch as one employee is semi- competent, and the other two are completely clueless! So after a long wait in line, they expect a tip. Someone needs to train the employees here how to be more efficient.Otherwise, the bread is the best in town, truly! The baguettes are JUST LIKE THE ONES IN FRANCE! The iced coffee on nitro is perfect, the ice cream flavors are unique and original, the pastries are to die for.......Someone really knows what they are doing here!I'm truly addicted to their little baguette sandwiches. This place is great except for the clueless, slow employees. This place could operate so much more smoothly and efficiently if they would train their employees a little better.I'll give them 5-stars when they fix this.“

“You know a place is quality when they have healthy plants! Very authentic cafe in trendy, downtown neighborhood. They made a custom GF, vegan -ish carrot cake for my friend’s bday (HBD, Leslie!). Everything is gluten free, a few vegan items in stock. More available by request, very allergy friendly. ?? Don’t be in a hurry, it took them 30 minutes to heat up my order (They gave it to someone else.). I was late for my next appointment. ?UPDATE- The vegan carrot cake is so good no one complained about it being gluten free! Everything was perfect: color, texture, flavor and presentation. You made my friend’s surprise party a success, thank you. ✨ We liked it so much, I got the same for my bday! I don’t even like carrot cake. LOL The biggest compliment? My picky husband said, “This is so moist, gluten free is never like this.” ?“
“This Bakery is as it claims a gluten free dedicated kitchen bakery. It’s bakery items are beyond delicious! My family special ordered a cake for my Birthday and was beyond all of expectations in taste and design. It’s a take away bakery out of their home and the family provided excellent customer service, love them.“
“This place was what I wish for every brunch experience to be. SO delicious, delightful environment, great service. Also loved the stained glass we sat by in the sunny solar addition space. Menu items our group loved: California omelette, home fries, marionberry scones, sourdough toast, and truly everything we tried.Kid-friendliness: We have a VERY wiggly toddler and they were so great with her + having a highchair, coloring options, and we took a walk outside around the building and found a beautiful space with a table and cherry blossoms overlooking the valley.“
“I absolutely loved Case. I tend to look for places that have a very full-bodied flavor for coffee, and this place certainly hit the right spot.Personally, I would recommend it to anyone. There was only one thing I didnt have the tastebuds for because of my own personal preference and that was the beans and grounds they use for Esspreso -- Im not sure if it is different from their coffee, I don't think it would be-- but I have a very particular preference to coffee beans and im picky, so thats that, take it with a grain of salt.And even though I didn't like the flavor, I would still recommend this place to anyone in the area to try this little gem.Not too bight of an atmosphere, not too loud. There were quite a few families, as well as people working on computers. Very friendly place.It was a joy to get to visit, and I will definitely be going back again to try more.“
“Was so happy to find a restaurant that accommodates for vegans. Partner and i are both VG and they had several options and they said they could make any item VG. I had the rose lemonade and the Tempehst but sub the aoli for pesto. Which their pesto is VG too. Would highly recommend“

“Fun atmosphere. If you are not to hungry, the sample platter is a decent price. They must make their money at the bar as the cocktails are ridiculously priced. There was only 1 waiter on a Friday night, so service was not the best. And, the cocktails took almost 30 minutes - well after we were served our food. I upgraded my chicken from thigh to breast for a small upcharge, but 1 of my 3 pieces was still a chicken thigh. I should be giving them 3 stars, but I want Billy's place to survive. Plus, he's a nice guy :)“
“The calamari is always amazing. It's one of my favorite items on the menu. It comes with some of the best tarter sauce and spicy cocktail sauce. It's a must have.I ordered the NY strip and my wife ordered the flat iron steak. Both were perfectly temped. The mashed potatoes were yummy and garlicky. The vegetables were fresh and al dente. Great attention by the kitchen.We split a piece of the caramel cheesecake. It was very tasty and silky smooth.The service was exceptional. There wasn't an empty drink once. “This place is great :) very happy. I sat down at the other sushi place down the street and decided to leave after seeing their general hygiene. Then I came to Sushi Heaven and it lived up to its name!!! Very clean, the staff is lovely, the food was delicious and also quite delicious and well organized. ? highly recommend!!!“
