The food at Pangea was absolutely delicious. I had the Mushrooms Wild Panini. The flavors were incredible. I also had a cup of soup at the recommendation of the server. I can't remember the name of it, but I could eat that soup every day.Pangea is a cute, cozy place. There was some quirky mixed-media art on the walls. I recommend Pangea if you are in Ashland.
YUM! definitely make a stop here.i got the teriyaki wrap and a ginger peach lemonade … so good. the staff was very kind of friendly. cool vibe inside. clean bathroom. nice AC inside which i needed today. if i come back to ashland ill be back!! :)

Great wraps and paninis - recommend the What She's Having with tofu and the Uptown Grill. Generous portions, too - we probably could have shared a sandwich. Plus a cute, cozy space and welcoming staff - will definitely return. The menu is super-creative so lots of interesting things to try!
