“Didn't know this place existed before today, name caught my attention so we gave it a try. Very, very happy that we did.

We ordered online, two medium pizzas that we did 1/2 and 1/2 so we could try a total of 4 different things from the menu. No extra charge for going 1/2 pizzas. All of it was delicious, no complaints at all. The crust in particular was exceptional. Bacon chicken ranch was my Wife's favorite, I'm split between Taco the Town and the Bulgolgi pizza (which was a wild card, but it really works well).

“Super sweet little Hawaiian joint with local owners. I have been impressed with nearly everything I have ever ordered from them, which is impressive considering the variety on the menu.

Staff is super friendly and conversational without being over the top. If you are a fan of Hawaiian food you will be hard pressed to find anywhere better in the valley.“

I'm rather picky and feel like sometimes my pancakes are over done but not to the point where most people would be bothered. Never left hungry that's for sure. Eggs are always good, the biscuits are not to my taste but the gravy is delicious. Husband enjoys the skillets but was not impressed with the tritip breakfast, chewy, standard for a breakfast steak in this area, underwhelming. Can't say we have ever ventured outside the breakfast offerings, why would you when that's clearly the superior choice? Team Mint Chip“

“My wife and i are sushi fiends. This is by far the best experience we have ever had. 2nd time back in 4 days and we will come back at least 2 more times in our short visit. Every ingredient and flavors are so purposeful and not overpowered.

“I really wanted to love this place. Especially with all the great reviews from over the previous years. But...

We went there for my birthday dinner (myself and my parents), at 5:00pm on a Friday, because my folks are both seniors. There were only two other tables seated, but it was SO loud. The waitress tried to seat us right by the door, immediately across from the counter. But we politely asked for a table against the back wall, so we could hear each other (my mom uses hearing aids). And then the attitude started. Like we asked her to build us a table.

Once agreeing to our request to simply walk 15 feet, she gave us about 90 seconds to look at the menu, but was offended by my mother's request for more time, but couldn't be bothered with a drink order. Then, after repeated attempts to flag her down and being ignored, she finally came back. No explanation of which item came with rice or not, or ??? Never a single smile or anything like a welcoming gesture. Ever.

Finally, after ordering and receiving our food. I have to admit - I expected so much more. I could excuse the sourpuss (even downright rude) waitress, if the food was glorious. But, the pad thai noodles were sort of all glued together in a clump. My peanut sauce had a separated oil in it. However, my mom's cashew nut stir fry was the star of the show. My dad ended up eating half of that.

Overall, I was hoping to give the rave that so many others were posting, here. But, I'm giving them a generous 4 stars, based on my perfectly fried chicken and my mother's great dish. DEFINITELY NOT THE WAITRESS.

I eat like a bird, and having to pay this much for the small amount I eat isn't really worth it anymore for my family. It makes me sad because it's one of our favorites. “Absolutely love Kriselle Cellars. I've been a member for a year now. Great wines, delicious pizzas with my favorite being the Margarita and their Kriselle Platter which includes Capicola Slices, Savory Herbed Cream Cheese Spread, Sliced Tomatoes, Italian Olive, Olive Oil and Balsamic Vinegar and Warmed Baguetteis are by far my favorites. Oblivious as I am, when being asked if I preferred a booth or table the hostess was diligent about making sure I was seated where I would not be bothered despite my lack of awareness. She even asked twice as I did not understand she was specifying privacy or parade. I don't see that kind of effort very often these days and it was nice to see someone with that kind of forethought and integrity at their job! Yes, it was a small thing but I wouldn't have been happy to be bothered and it never occurred to me it was Saturday night and people were drinking there...Duh. I come here for the salads occasionally as they are a good deal for the size and have always been fresh. I was served quickly and all the staff were professional and kind! I do wish the lights were a little brighter is my only neg.“

“I came here last week, we ordered some spicy tuna sushi (I can’t remember exact names) and a ramen bow for our little one! The ramen bowl was huge for her! She definitely had extra saved over that we brought home. The sushi was delicious and filling and not too pricey for the 3 of us, I think 68 total we spent plus sodas. I will definitely come back to try other sushi rolls they have! The only complaint I really had is it’s extremely quiet inside maybe a tv or music in the background would be nice!“

“I have been eating at Shinsei Sushi for several years. We live in Mt Shasta, and every Medford trip means lunch at Shinsei. The sushi is fresh and excellent. Service is very amenable. This is not a restaurant for ambiance, as it is a standard strip mall setting, but everything else is very enjoyable. This restaurant gets a lot of high 5s from many Mt Shasta, Ca. residents who make it a point to eat there.“

But besides of that the service was very friendly, accommodating and quick, the food a decent potion and much better value than where I came from, Klamath Falls!! The tzatziki was amazing, given I eat a child's portion, it fed the two of us for lunch, not leftovers,and most importantly it tasted home made. “Probably the best Chinese fast food in the area. Always make sure you're getting something fresh. Don't go after 7pm as the mall closes at 8pm and they don't make anything new after that. Everything they have is great (when fresh). Best: BBQ teriyaki chicken, orange chicken (not spicy), kung pao without peanuts, jalapeño chicken. Family operated by very sweet people.“
