“Didn't know this place existed before today, name caught my attention so we gave it a try. Very, very happy that we did.

We ordered online, two medium pizzas that we did 1/2 and 1/2 so we could try a total of 4 different things from the menu. No extra charge for going 1/2 pizzas. All of it was delicious, no complaints at all. The crust in particular was exceptional. Bacon chicken ranch was my Wife's favorite, I'm split between Taco the Town and the Bulgolgi pizza (which was a wild card, but it really works well).

“I tried the tried the churro French toast and my wife had the churro waffle absolutely the best breakfast dessert. You can have anywhere. Get some bacon and eggs to go with this and it's a definite amazing meal if you're in the area or if I'm out of town. This is a go-to spot for these two items. You will not be disappointed I promise And the server was prompt and courteous“

I finally have time to try out their food and service, it was so good. I order pumpkin curry and that’s like the best curry I ever eaten, I tried Thai restaurant in Medford but none of the place really like this place. They have really nice environment, really cozy and warm and remind me of Asian, I love it❤️

The food makes me feel really full and I finish it. Food portion is not like large portions but enough to make you full with reasonable prices.

“Their bento boxes look and taste like art you can eat, with a sweet savory taste to match. They’ve paid special attention to kids, making it a great spot for families. The only thing that seemed lacking was a hot water kettle for tea in order to be able to enjoy steaming hot tea throughout the meal. Fantastic sushi restaurant, worth the visit. Thanks!“

“I really wanted to love this place. Especially with all the great reviews from over the previous years. But...

We went there for my birthday dinner (myself and my parents), at 5:00pm on a Friday, because my folks are both seniors. There were only two other tables seated, but it was SO loud. The waitress tried to seat us right by the door, immediately across from the counter. But we politely asked for a table against the back wall, so we could hear each other (my mom uses hearing aids). And then the attitude started. Like we asked her to build us a table.

Once agreeing to our request to simply walk 15 feet, she gave us about 90 seconds to look at the menu, but was offended by my mother's request for more time, but couldn't be bothered with a drink order. Then, after repeated attempts to flag her down and being ignored, she finally came back. No explanation of which item came with rice or not, or ??? Never a single smile or anything like a welcoming gesture. Ever.

Finally, after ordering and receiving our food. I have to admit - I expected so much more. I could excuse the sourpuss (even downright rude) waitress, if the food was glorious. But, the pad thai noodles were sort of all glued together in a clump. My peanut sauce had a separated oil in it. However, my mom's cashew nut stir fry was the star of the show. My dad ended up eating half of that.

Overall, I was hoping to give the rave that so many others were posting, here. But, I'm giving them a generous 4 stars, based on my perfectly fried chicken and my mother's great dish. DEFINITELY NOT THE WAITRESS.

The person who was running the store at the time let me know that I could come in and get the roll I originally paid for, so I went back and I of course got another roll with it just to make sure they got their money and everyone was so nice!! The food is amazing and I happened to find it by luck, HIGHLY SUGGEST!! Super fresh fish and very worth the price point, I can’t wait to go back!!“

“I absolutely love Mongolian BBQ, but they make everyone pay the same price now, and the prices are outrageous. What I used to pay 6.99 for then 9.99 for is now $15.00. I eat like a bird, and having to pay this much for the small amount I eat isn't really worth it anymore for my family. It makes me sad because it's one of our favorites. Also, the past 3x we've ordered there, the fortune cookies have been so old they are horrific. I hope they consider maybe doing two sizes for people.“

But what makes it truly unforgettable is how they top it off Chicago-style thick, hearty, and full of flavor. It’s like someone took the best of both coasts and decided to marry them into one glorious pie. The crust has that perfect crisp on the outside with a doughy, chewy bite inside. Every topping tasted fresh and thoughtfully balanced, from the melty mozzarella to the spicy pepperoni and the vibrant tomato sauce.

But what truly elevated this visit was the top-tier service, and a huge shoutout goes to Shane, who made the entire experience even better. Attentive, friendly, and genuinely welcoming, Shane made me feel like a regular on my very first visit. Great wines, delicious pizzas with my favorite being the Margarita and their Kriselle Platter which includes Capicola Slices, Savory Herbed Cream Cheese Spread, Sliced Tomatoes, Italian Olive, Olive Oil and Balsamic Vinegar and Warmed Baguetteis are by far my favorites. “Hands down - The best burrito in Medford. Especially, the Carne Asada Supreme. It is clear they take pride in what they serve. The burrito is packed with filling and flavor, but not busting at the seams (which would make it hard and messy to eat). Don't delay go to Tacos La Morena today. Oh and you can fill up your car while you wait.“

The food was good and the menu had a lot of great options. What pleasantly surprised me was that it was not even remotely greasy. There were generous amounts of vegetables in my pesto omlette and the flavor was great. At no point was I criticized for my condiment use. My one small critique is that the food was not very warm when it came out. But it was still delicious.“

There wasn’t any more large deep dish so he upgraded us no charge and delivered with great spirit. I feel like he’s a fantastic employee and should be recognized. “I came here last week, we ordered some spicy tuna sushi (I can’t remember exact names) and a ramen bow for our little one! The ramen bowl was huge for her! She definitely had extra saved over that we brought home. The sushi was delicious and filling and not too pricey for the 3 of us, I think 68 total we spent plus sodas. I will definitely come back to try other sushi rolls they have! The only complaint I really had is it’s extremely quiet inside maybe a tv or music in the background would be nice!“

“I have been eating at Shinsei Sushi for several years. We live in Mt Shasta, and every Medford trip means lunch at Shinsei. The sushi is fresh and excellent. Service is very amenable. This is not a restaurant for ambiance, as it is a standard strip mall setting, but everything else is very enjoyable. This restaurant gets a lot of high 5s from many Mt Shasta, Ca. residents who make it a point to eat there.“

“Probably the best Chinese fast food in the area. Always make sure you're getting something fresh. Don't go after 7pm as the mall closes at 8pm and they don't make anything new after that. Everything they have is great (when fresh). Best: BBQ teriyaki chicken, orange chicken (not spicy), kung pao without peanuts, jalapeño chicken. Family operated by very sweet people.“

I opted for the homemade crisps (chips to you yanks) and was suitably impressed! Prompt friendly experience made for a nice lunch before boarding our plane, and a great view from the second floor above the boarding area. You don’t find many places like this any longer, and even rarer one of such quality. Head to the airport early for breakfast or lunch, or sit at the bar and have a cocktail. A great place!!“
