“I have been here a few times for dinner in various nights. There is plenty of parking and the restaurant is tucked in the corner of the shopping center. They are always very busy with to go orders and folks walking in to eat. The food is always very good. Fresh and made to order. The restaurant has about 6, 4 tops and is cozy. The staff are always professional and keep our drinks filled and again make sure we are happy with our choices. Tonight I got the eggplant and my daughter got the red curry. Both delicious. Spring rolls also very good. Take the time to visit you won't be disappointed.“

“We came in with two kiddos and were happy to find something for everyone. Kid meals were solid and the sushi rolls were delicious. We were not as high on the noodles, but overall had a nice time. Our server was friendly and the restaurant was quiet and clean. We will be back to try more rolls!“

“I really wanted to love this place. Especially with all the great reviews from over the previous years. But...

We went there for my birthday dinner (myself and my parents), at 5:00pm on a Friday, because my folks are both seniors. There were only two other tables seated, but it was SO loud. The waitress tried to seat us right by the door, immediately across from the counter. But we politely asked for a table against the back wall, so we could hear each other (my mom uses hearing aids). And then the attitude started. Like we asked her to build us a table.

Once agreeing to our request to simply walk 15 feet, she gave us about 90 seconds to look at the menu, but was offended by my mother's request for more time, but couldn't be bothered with a drink order. Then, after repeated attempts to flag her down and being ignored, she finally came back. No explanation of which item came with rice or not, or ??? Never a single smile or anything like a welcoming gesture. Ever.

Finally, after ordering and receiving our food. I have to admit - I expected so much more. I could excuse the sourpuss (even downright rude) waitress, if the food was glorious. But, the pad thai noodles were sort of all glued together in a clump. My peanut sauce had a separated oil in it. However, my mom's cashew nut stir fry was the star of the show. My dad ended up eating half of that.

Overall, I was hoping to give the rave that so many others were posting, here. But, I'm giving them a generous 4 stars, based on my perfectly fried chicken and my mother's great dish. DEFINITELY NOT THE WAITRESS.

The person who was running the store at the time let me know that I could come in and get the roll I originally paid for, so I went back and I of course got another roll with it just to make sure they got their money and everyone was so nice!! But what makes it truly unforgettable is how they top it off Chicago-style thick, hearty, and full of flavor. It’s like someone took the best of both coasts and decided to marry them into one glorious pie. The crust has that perfect crisp on the outside with a doughy, chewy bite inside. Every topping tasted fresh and thoughtfully balanced, from the melty mozzarella to the spicy pepperoni and the vibrant tomato sauce.

But what truly elevated this visit was the top-tier service, and a huge shoutout goes to Shane, who made the entire experience even better. Attentive, friendly, and genuinely welcoming, Shane made me feel like a regular on my very first visit. If you’re in Eagle Point and haven’t tried Schmizza yet, what are you doing? The pizza is unreal, the vibe is perfect, and the service, especially from Shane, is the cherry on top. I’ve found my go-to spot, and I couldn’t be happier about it.“

Great wines, delicious pizzas with my favorite being the Margarita and their Kriselle Platter which includes Capicola Slices, Savory Herbed Cream Cheese Spread, Sliced Tomatoes, Italian Olive, Olive Oil and Balsamic Vinegar and Warmed Baguetteis are by far my favorites. The burrito is packed with filling and flavor, but not busting at the seams (which would make it hard and messy to eat). Don't delay go to Tacos La Morena today. Also, the past 3x we've ordered there, the fortune cookies have been so old they are horrific. I hope they consider maybe doing two sizes for people.“

I had forgotten my purse after a stressful day. I didn't realize until I got to the wjndow. This amazing young lady told me not to worry about it and that she would cover it. These kinds of people are so rare and are so important to the world. I want her to know how amazing she is. “The new management has some new stricter rules. And the employees look sad to work here . The food is still good but I believe the employees are being harassed. I’m not sure I want to return until management changes. Will try the south Medford Abbeys and see if it’s the same .“

“I have been eating at Shinsei Sushi for several years. We live in Mt Shasta, and every Medford trip means lunch at Shinsei. The sushi is fresh and excellent. Service is very amenable. This is not a restaurant for ambiance, as it is a standard strip mall setting, but everything else is very enjoyable. This restaurant gets a lot of high 5s from many Mt Shasta, Ca. residents who make it a point to eat there.“

“Probably the best Chinese fast food in the area. Always make sure you're getting something fresh. Don't go after 7pm as the mall closes at 8pm and they don't make anything new after that. Everything they have is great (when fresh). Best: BBQ teriyaki chicken, orange chicken (not spicy), kung pao without peanuts, jalapeño chicken. Family operated by very sweet people.“
