Seems to have a new owner (!?) New menu. Not as thorough or inclusive. Food wasn't hot. Had to ask for napkins, utensils. Some food undercooked. Service was sketchy. Took about 10 minutes to get servers attention. Seemed much more expensive. Cosst $3.50 for a cup of tea. Not a small pot...a cup, and a coffee cup at that, not a tea cup! We miss old times......
