i'm vegetarian, and they even offered ways to make my sandwhich more appetizing like toasting the bread and cheese. 10/10
They're very sweet here. I came in and expressed that I was sun able to crouch to grab my chips, and they helped me without hesitation, even going as far as to bring my sandwich to my table instead of calling me up to the counter without being asked. 10/10, would go back.
I came inside. They prioritized online and a huge order that came after me. When I finally asked about 15-20 minutes later, they had trouble finding my ticket because they hadn't asked my name. They made my 1 sandwich about 5 minutes later. I wish I hadn't tipped. I was in there for nearly a half hour.

Jimmy John's offers a good experience with tasty food. The employees wear "Freaky Fast" tees, but the service might not always be as quick. The food is consistent and ordering is easy, whether in person or ahead. It's recommended to pick up orders promptly to avoid sandwiches sitting out. Overall, the sandwiches are made efficiently, with minimal wait time and simple toppings. Customers have noted that the unwich sandwiches are absolutely delicious, and there are many freebies to add, making a giant salad or enjoying it like a sandwich. However, there have been some concerns about noise levels, with one customer mentioning that a group of employees was talking loudly, which made it hard for customers to enjoy their meals. Despite this, the staff, like Bruce and Eric, have been praised for their friendliness and helpful recommendations.
