This happened a long time ago but I haven’t ordered since. I ordered a sandwich and it took a while to get here so I called just to check up on it. Right away the man on the phone was extremely hostile, telling me he did drop off the order I didn’t receive and accusing me of lying. I was waiting by my door in the living room the whole time and my dog would have barked. I didn’t see a car pull up to my complex and my doorbell didn’t ring. I can understand if they misplaced my order. The complex is a little weird and hard to navigate, and I know food service can be stressful. But I had never had that kind of uncalled for hostility right off the bat from a professional setting before. I didn’t really know how to respond. I ended up getting a replacement order but I never wanted to order from them again since. I hope they’ve since hired some kinder staff.I just wanted a sandwich but mostly what I got were uncalled for accusations and insults.I used to really like Jimmy John’s and it was my first time having it since I moved from Texas to Oregon. But after that experience, it really ruined it for me. Been going to Subway since. They might not have better sandwiches, but at least the staff isn’t needlessly meanspirited.

They take all the bread out, which makes you think their gonna stuff it full of your selections, but they don't. They fill it with lettuce and some pieces of your selections. It's always a problem with these people. I had a pick up order that never got made a few months ago. I gave them another shot at a dilivery order that took almost an hour. We were in a rush tonight and decided they would be the fastest option. We were very, very wrong. It took 3 times but we have learned a lesson: Never order from Jimmy John's again!

I ordered a single sandwich through the app for delivery at 12:19. I called the store 45 minutes later to inquire about my order and was put on hold for 10 minutes before I finally hung up. The app stated that my order finally went out for delivery at 1:05. It is now 1:35 and I still don’t have the single sandwich I ordered.
