I moved to Oregon 2 years ago from California. I was missing some of the favorite eateries and thought of Baja Fresh. I became sad until I looked it up. There's one in Medford! So happy to say I got my baja burrito. Love Baja Fresh!
We used Ezcater to order lunch for our office and what a mess! The delivery driver gave us the wrong order and didn't confirm the address, so it created confusion in our offices with our neighbors.
The manager, Luis, was AMAZING when we figured out what went wrong and helped us make the best out of the situation.

My husband and I decided to give this Baja Fresh a try. Our experience at other locations have not been good. I have to say that this Baja Fresh was excellent. The food, the customer service, cleanliness all 5 stars. Good Job Baja Fresh!

The Baja bowl is a popular choice, and the salads are considered the best in the valley. The restaurant is clean and well-maintained, with a cozy and perfect atmosphere. The service is fast, and the staff went above and beyond with service, being not only friendly but amazing. The Taco Salad with chicken tasted awesome, and the salsa bar is fun trying new flavors.
