“We went a few weeks ago. Sushi was good, and according to my nephew the spicy Ramen was AMAZING. What really stood out to me was the sweet waitress who helped an older lady out to her car while letting her stop and sit for breaks in between. Such a kind woman, I made sure to leave a good tip to show her kindness was noticed💜💜“

“The food was delicious, the service was amazing, and our chef was entertaining. We ordered the Warrior sushi roll, and the Osaka Imperial dinner for two. It was very filling, and the sauces really added extra flavor to the food. Generous portions, well worth the price. Perfect for celebrating our wedding anniversary. 10/10 recommend!“

“I have now celebrated two birthdays here and each time I've had such a wonderful time! Recently, we chose to dine here for my kiddo's Birthday and we reserved a table online in advance. The owner/staff went above and beyond to prepare a special treat for my kid, and his friends🥳 🎂. We felt welcomed and tended to. Everyone had a really delightful time, and the food and drink did not disappoint! It's also a really nice setting as it's not too noisy like other restaurants can sometimes be. “Wow! If I lived in Medford this would be on the top of my list. They serve traditional Japanese and lots of creative sushi rolls and even bibimbap which is not on the menu. I had to control myself to not order multiple items... Especially because someone else was treating us. I really really wish Bonsai was in Utah! Dang.“

“I have been eating at Shinsei Sushi for several years. We live in Mt Shasta, and every Medford trip means lunch at Shinsei. The sushi is fresh and excellent. Service is very amenable. This is not a restaurant for ambiance, as it is a standard strip mall setting, but everything else is very enjoyable. This restaurant gets a lot of high 5s from many Mt Shasta, Ca. residents who make it a point to eat there.“

“I'm a southern Oregon native so I've been fed by Jolie since the beginning. I no longer live in Medford, so when we knew I had to come into town, I had to swing by and get a bento box! Still as delicious as I remember!... Only complaint is those line can get long... Cuz everyone wants this stuff!! Thank you for the food! ♥️“
