Sadly we saw a couple walk in 20 minutes prior to close and when the gentleman pouring our drinks kindly informed the couple of this they used the restroom and left. I then overheard the woman snicker that she’d leave a 1 star review and unfortunately she did just that. I cannot emphasize enough how polite the person behind the bar was to this couple, and it astounds me that a one star review was given. “Corrine greeted us like we were family and gave us the best breakfast I have had in a long time. Everything was made in house, and my wife had the most amazing bagel breakfast sandwich and home fries, while I enjoyed a biscuit and gravy bowl with eggs and sausage. She recommended and gave us her homemade salsa which absolutely sent my meal and the home fries to the next level! She also has 20$ pre made family meals that you just have to stick in the oven for an hour which I cannot wait to try!I feel so blessed that I found such an enthusiastic and hardworking chef in my neighborhood and I cannot wait to eat there more.“

“Every pass through Phoenix must include a stop at this amazing bakery! Their selection rotates by season so there is always something new to try! This time we selected an everything bagel bomb...I think that's what it's called but to me is just called breakfast they are always out at the grants Pass growers market on Saturdays, thankfully as it's a lot closer for us. “Everything is great about this place except for the service. Seems like the employees can only do one thing at a time. There is always a long line, and it's painful to watch as one employee is semi- competent, and the other two are completely clueless! So after a long wait in line, they expect a tip. Someone needs to train the employees here how to be more efficient.Otherwise, the bread is the best in town, truly! The baguettes are JUST LIKE THE ONES IN FRANCE! The iced coffee on nitro is perfect, the ice cream flavors are unique and original, the pastries are to die for.......Someone really knows what they are doing here!I'm truly addicted to their little baguette sandwiches. “You know a place is quality when they have healthy plants! Very authentic cafe in trendy, downtown neighborhood. They made a custom GF, vegan -ish carrot cake for my friend’s bday (HBD, Leslie!). Everything is gluten free, a few vegan items in stock. More available by request, very allergy friendly. ?? Don’t be in a hurry, it took them 30 minutes to heat up my order (They gave it to someone else.). I was late for my next appointment. ?UPDATE- The vegan carrot cake is so good no one complained about it being gluten free! Everything was perfect: color, texture, flavor and presentation. You made my friend’s surprise party a success, thank you. ✨ We liked it so much, I got the same for my bday! I don’t even like carrot cake. LOL The biggest compliment? I'm so glad to see Dutch Bros expanding to other places outside of Southern Oregon. A few weeks ago I was in California close to Oakland if I remember right and I saw a Dutch Bros. I was so excited. My son lost his dad a couple years ago, and his dad always made him a pita breakfast on Christmas morning. So I recreated it for him and he was so happy. Nice place. It made his Christmas morning. “The food was decent. Most of the staff was friendly and helpful except for one girl that got kinda snippy with me when I asked for red pepper to season my Flatbread. She showed me the communal salt & pepper table which was nice but strange (why aren't they on the tables?) But she said they had no red pepper in house. Really? Did you ask in the kitchen hmmm. Overall a good experience but the red pepper would have helped the Flatbread flavor.“

“My absolute favorite, date night restaurant. I feel like I’m elegantly fine dinning, with out the cost of a 5 star restaurant. Our server on September 11th, 2023 was outstanding! Over the top customer service. My husband is so particular in finding a restaurant that serves high end mac n cheese and this place dose just that! I always take a bottle home from here because their sparkling roseś are just delicious. The wine menu here is not only local, but full of my favorites!! I love their whole menu honestly but I gotta say they’re something special about the homemade ranch!!“

“This is my go to Dutch bros location. Always stop at this one if I can regardless of where I’m going. Their morning staff are all so friendly and kind and they have fantastic memories. I have a few regular orders I bounce between and there are at least 3 staff here who know all of them from memory. Maybe that just means I come here too often LOL. But honestly the staff are part of why I keep coming back! They never get an order wrong either - in fact with me and my regular orders if I change it even just slightly they always catch it and double check to make sure they didn’t misunderstand or I didn’t forget something. Great staff and tasty drinks every time. The lines can be a little crazy if you hit them at the right time but sometimes the trade offs are worth it for me.“
