“Everything is made by hand and fresh, by arguably the best chef l've ever met, and I was in the restaurant/beverage industry for 30 years. Worth every forking penny. Would pay double. The portions aren't massive but healthy, and not small. You will not find a better Mac & Cheese in the valley. He smokes his meat under a very watchful eye and it's always perfect. I have probably ordered from Sid two hundred times since 2020, and I will never stop until he stops cooking. The food speaks for itself and "gourmet" is an understatement. Popsicles (more like ice cream bars). Mafe. Hibiscus Tea. Chowder. Rice Pudding. Brisket. Pork Belly. Eggcellent Potato Salad. Order it all.“

“I've only had their food once, a few years ago. It was absolutely amazing!!! They are finally open for breakfast hours 🥳 so I went to try them again today, to show up and find them closed at 9:45am, when their hours stated they opened at 8am. So I called and left a voice mail. I got quick reply via text explaining they had an emergency situation with a water pump and had to close for the day and their apologies. The next text I received from them was that my next sandwich was on them! 😲😯😮 This people is true customer service!!! This is how you keep customers coming back!!! If you want to be treated right, you have to check out this food truck! “I've driven by this place so many times and never stopped. But for some reason, I've been craving a torta. I got the torta loca with everything on it. When it came to the window, the guy told me to be careful because the container wouldn't stay closed, it was too big. Well, he wasn't joking. When he handed me the bag I was shocked by how heavy it was. I'm a big guy and I can eat but I was only able to eat half of it, and I'm absolutely stuffed. I will definitely be coming here again. The value is insane.“

“I had the chicken flautas. It looked very authentic until I realised they use ground chicken instead of shredded. Overall not bad, just not what I was expecting. The people running the business were nice so I'll definitely return but try something else.
Conveniently located next to a liquor store in case you want or need something that isn't on the Calentano menu.“

“I went to this sweet lil’ biscuit joint with my sister, and was in the mood for a sandwich. When my eyes fell on the menagerie of food available for sale, I knew I was in the right place. I had the Pig. Vs. Chicken, a cheddar jalapeño biscuit with chicken, bacon, and pineapple. That sandwich? BUSSIN. Then, the Kim Jong Boom. Crispy pork with tasty slaw and a spicy sauce all wrapped up in another cheddar jalapeño biscuit. This sandwich? BUSSIN. Finally, the VELOCARAPTURE - Once again with the cheddar jalapeño biscuit, but with QUESO and CHORIZO, CHICKEN, AND BACON. THIS SANDWICH???? YOU BETTER BELIEVE IT WAS BUSSIN You can’t go wrong with anything you get here. The cool-cat cooking each time I’ve been, Wren, always serves up that grub with a smile (below a mask) and a sarcastic joke or two. They know how to HOOK IT UP!! Good things come in small packages. 10/10 would eat cheesy biscuit with meat and toppings again.“

“I work right across the street from here. EVERYTHING is so delicious. I have enjoyed the burritos, tortas, tacos, quesabirria, taco salad, Breakfast Burritos...GAH It is ALL so delicious. It is hard not to get food from there for lunch every day. The green sauce is sooooo good!“

The asada was flavorful and tender and salsa had a kick that would make the devil sweat. Juan Colorado is good business and I hope they are able to upgrade to a standalone restaurant soon.“
