Everything is made by hand and fresh, by arguably the best chef l've ever met, and I was in the restaurant/beverage industry for 30 years. Worth every forking penny. Would pay double. The portions aren't massive but healthy, and not small. You will not find a better Mac & Cheese in the valley. He smokes his meat under a very watchful eye and it's always perfect. Just got an order of brisket Mac n cheese and o e of the west African dishes. Both were fantastic, I highly recommend Sid's . I will definitely be back again soon .
