“This is a little late, but it’s been a busy holiday season. Although most of my kids are older, they still love themes. So this year for my older son, the theme was Stephen King’s “It”. G.G.s made me a beautiful white cake with white icing that “bled” raspberry filling when you cut it open. It went perfect with our decorations and the other things we had planned for his birthday. Not to mention that the cake was delicious and everybody loved it. Thank you so much!“

“I love her danishes so much, HER PIES ARE DELICIOUS. She's usually at the farmers market in downtown Grants Pass, and the pies I have purchased from her stand tasted FRESH, the woman knows her stuff. Great deals!! I saw some nasty reviews on here of people talking about some pie from another location and it's really heartbreaking to see people complaining about how a totally different business handled this woman's delicious pies as if SHE was responsible.“

“I asked for a whimsical, earthy looking cake for my daughter's 28th birthday and Beef Cakes did an outstanding job! The cake was moist and delicious, bigger than I expected, absolutely adorable and extremely sturdy. I had to travel with this cake from Grants Pass to Humboldt County, California. It was packaged well for transport, I put it on the floorboard with the air conditioner blowing and that cake arrived exactly like it looked when I picked it up. We loved the detail, the mushrooms, trees, vines, it even had books included on it. So perfect!“
