“Phenomenal flavors! Our first time there and we were so thrilled to give it a try. I read the reviews before we went so I expected delicious food and nice owners. What we experienced today was above and beyond expectations! These folks know great food and their passion for making craveable options that are also healthy really shines through. Even if you don't follow a keto lifestyle, you will want to try everything on the menu! Wish we lived closer to this truck but we'll make a trip to Medford as often as we can! “I have a rule. I'll try a place once. If I can cook a better of whatever I order, I don't come back. This is the first burger place, i'll be back for SURE. Walking in, I notice that it's a REAL grill. Not some insta press thing. I ordered the biggest thing they had. THE MONSTER BURGER!!! She proceeded to work as I watch to see what kind of frozen patty they were going to use. Yeah....to my surprise, she reached down, and got a ball of FRESH burger, and SMASHED it on the grill. WOAH....I thought, OK, they are onto a good start, at least they're doing that right.... The food prep process continued on with grilled onions, bacon, pulled pork, thinly sliced ham, egg, and all the goodies. Then the lady asked if we wanted fries. I thought, yeah, why not? Lets try their fries too. So, we ordered the loaded fries. Let me tell ya....Those fries, are worthy enough on their own to come back for more another time. Grilled onions, three types of melted cheese, and a perfect blend of seasonings make them some of the best tasting fries we've had outside of the house. I can safely say, that after almost a year of searching for a decent hamburger joint in Medford, we've finally found the only place we can call good enough to come back. 5 out of 5 stars.“
“This is a sweet spot for eating specialty foods, hanging out, socializing, doing your own thing, listening to music or whatever. The Backyard feels like the name, as chill as hanging in your backyard but with a lot more options. “Great little pool hall that serves pretty good food. The menu is limited but there is something for everyone. The tables are true, well spaced and in a comfortable atmosphere. A clean place that has just the right vibe. Good music that isn’t loud. This place is great for family or serious shooter.It’s large enough without being one of those mega-sized places. Every time I go through town I stop…glad I found it!“
“To begin with, my 19 year old cat died and I didn't want to cook. I had called ahead and asked if the meat juicy and tender and she answered yes.. however, it was neither tender or juicy. There was a minimal amount of sauce on the ribs and even less on the chicken. One would think that a lil cup of sauce would be essential. MY HUSBAND DOES NOT WEAR HIS DENTURES. The rest of side were fine.“
“The food was good. The service was really good. They all did great. The atmosphere was easygoing. The tables were a bit small for all of us, but we should have grabbed the larger area when it was open. I am not a fan of the American cheese slices on the cheeseburgers. The burgers were good. The fries were excellent. The total order was for 4 people. We had 4 various sandwiches, 4 fries, and 4 sodas that made the total around $62.00. It's very high-priced, in my opinion. The burgers were approximately $9.00 plus. Then you order your fries and drink separately. Just because you can charge that price doesn't mean you should. I did use 4 stars because it was good food, their service was great, and the atmosphere was clean and comfortable.“

“A place where simple meets refined. Lunches are more subdued while the evenings provide entertainment (live bands) and "theme" nights e.g. "playboy night." Adults of all ages come here to listen to music, dance, and (likely) enjoy the young females behind the bar. Given that this is a relatively small venue, the music can be loud and overwhelming so you might want to see if a band or theme night is occuring when deciding what you are in the mood for.“

Crisply fried, no batter, no crazy seasonings, just pure potato bliss. The fry sauce is simple and addictive. I'm home now in Portland, but tempted to drive 4 hours for another burger...it is that good!!“
