“This small family owned establishment is well worth the time to seek traveling or staying Yreka California. The chips and homemade salsa are worth the stop alone. I personally ordered the cheeseburger and fries, and my wife had the chicken nachos. Both orders were excellent and served with a smile. Across the street, there is a historical hotel that looked interesting, but we did not have the time to check it out. The sidewalk had an impression that marked it as a WPA project.
The restaurant and restrooms were extremely clean and well maintained. I am glad that we made the effort to find this restaurant.“

“Now here's a primo example of how a McDonald's should be! I walked in and immediately was greeted with a smile and a warm hello. The atmosphere was instantly welcoming because of that greeting. The store was only slightly messy but otherwise in perfect shape. The kids play area was nice and cool, providing a safe and heat free relaxing experience for parents, something I'm sure traveling families would love. It took a bit for the order but it didn't seem long at all as the employees were most attentive. I felt rather spoiled. 😌 The manager was absolutely a delight, both in manners and in managerial attitude and mindset. If McDonald's was smart, they'd give this manager a promotion with raise as it's no wonder this McDonald's was busy and customers and employees were happy. That atmosphere presented here is a winning one for any family or lone road warrior looking for a spot of respite from the road and the heat.“

“We went in a few days ago, and had yummy food and the service was fantastic. I believe it was a male general manager, because he checked on us like they would at a nice resteraunt. Very impressed by the professionalism of this establishment as all of the employees were positive, and the food was fresh too.“
