So I brought my family in today to boba tea to buy a few (5) drinks and the girl at the counter made a mistake and made us the wrong drink. The girl proceeded to tell me sorry but your going to have to pay for another drink. She said she heard something different then what we told her. Now regardless who's fault it is. We had the Mango and Taro flavors....SOOOO DELICIOUS!!! I can't wait to try the other flavors, teas and slushies! And the atmosphere was awesome! The staff were so friendly and helpful in explaining all the different flavors and combinations. So excited to have Boba Tea Time in Medford!!! Can't wait to go back and try it all!

Based on the reviews, Boba Tea Shop has a friendly staff and a clean, relaxed environment. There is a large variety of Boba options and everything is delicious. The milk tea is made with non dairy creamer which makes it thicker. The Green Apple Slushy with mango jelly is sweet with soft jelly and it's refreshing. The Lychee Rose Fruit Bloom Tea is really fruity with fruit on the bottom. A favorite drink is Thai boba tea. There is also an instant Ramen option, and the Ramen cookers are fun to use. The fried tofu is especially good. It is a nice place to hangout with friends and good value.
