She didn't listen very well to the orders. She didn't get the soft top or cocoa flavor.
Easy in and easy out. Always great coffee and service
There is a newer girl here, everyone she makes it. It's off. I stop here daily on my way home from work. I asked for a golden eagle was all milk. I asked for more coffee and was told I had to pay for a extra shot.. whatever, I'll go elsewhere. Southwest coffee makes drinks perfect every time. I know we all make mistakes but cmon make a customer happy.
