Based on the reviews, Sugar and Spice Coffee & Fruits- Downtown Medford is a small, pick up and go kind of place with not much seating. The food is delicious and fairly priced. The service is quick and the place is spotless, with great customer service. The interior is cozy and snug, nicely decorated and inviting. Menu items like the cream cheese bagel, pico de gallo cup, mangoneadas, and chicken tamales with salsa are fresh and flavorful. The fresh fruit drinks (aguas frescas) in mango and cantaloupe are very good with plenty of fruit chunks, and the cucumber Agua Fresca is delicious. The chai is tasty. It is a little out of the way with not a lot of parking, but it is open late when other places are closed.
