Deberían de tener el menú mas especifico, solo tienen los nombres de los platillos y aunque sea comida mexicana no se les llaman igual a las comidas por ser de diferentes regiones.. Ayudaría a sus clientes a saber que están ordenando.

To be honest the place isn’t much to look at but The food is amazing and always a friendly face behind the counter! I have found that the little places that don’t look like much always have the best food though. Not sure why anyone would say the owner or staff are rude. I 100% recommend!

Based on the reviews, La Fondita | Authentic Mexican Food is one of the best taco trucks in Medford. The food is fresh, authentic, and absolutely delicious. The homemade tortillas and aguas frescas are a huge plus, and their pozole, menudo, birria, and pork are outstanding. The owner provides exceptional customer service and genuinely cares about every customer. The owner is friendly, kind, and took the time to explain everything. They let customers taste-test the aguas frescas and welcomed them with free bean tacos. The food takes a little longer because it’s made fresh, but it’s 100% worth the wait. There are good portions for the price, a clean salsa bar, plenty of seating, and a handwashing station. The experience is far above an average taco truck. Highly recommended.
