Starbucks in Medford

“Kalista I hope I’m spelling that right!) is truly amazing. Every time I walk in, she greets people by name, remembers their orders, and really makes sure you’re paying exactly for what you want. And if you don’t like your drink, she’s will learn how to make it right. genuinely cares about getting everything perfect, and that level of attention is so rare.

Her coworkers Matt and another lovely woman (I’m sorry I forgot her name!) are also always so, so sweet. Together they create such a warm, welcoming environment, and you can tell they enjoy making people feel good when they come in.

I always look forward to getting my pink drink after my workout, especially when it’s made by Kalista . It’s the little acts of kindness — the smiles, the effort, the consistency — that go such a long way.

“I get a blended coffee drink here maybe once a month. Today Tenebre was working and helped me with my drink. I asked her about one of the seasonal drinks, and I told her the type of drinks that I usually get and like. I asked her to use creative freedom and her best judgment to whip me up a drink.
Most people look very confused and become frozen when I place and order this way. They are just unable to speak or move it seems like. Tenebre had no problem with my order and she did an amazing job! My drink was fabulous.🧋👏🤩

“The Starbucks kiosk located in the Fred Meyer north store is a good place to go for delicious beverages and such.The nice thing about it is that their employees are trained by Fred Meyers to help out.So the customer service level is pretty good, and the drinks are definitely tasty. “They have fast service and a very convenient drive thru. I would highly recommend for anyone who needs a coffee boost, snack break, or is just craving something sweet. The employees are normally in a nice welcoming mood and the inside seating is great.“
