“Porters always delivers when in need of a special occasion meal. Tonight we had the Korean fried chicken, halibut and ribeye to celebrate a birthday and every item was delicious. The service is phenomenal and we were seated in a train booth, as requested on our reservation :) we will certainly be back soon!“

Hadn't finished 10 peanuts when appetizers and salads showed up and our entrees were out to us just as fast. Not to mention the drinks are strong!! “The price of the steaks were over priced, I can bbq the same cut for half the price plus my own effort. The main reason why this outback in Medford got 4 stars was due to customer service. Our waitress Alisha was amazing and after finding out there was honey mustard in my wife's chicken (wife has Crohn's and asked for no honey mustard, honey causes an allergic reaction) they made it right.If it wasn't for Alisha and Ronaldo who made it right, this would be a 1 star review.Customer service means a lot to me and those two went above and beyond.Despite my feelings about price, due to Alisha and Ronaldo Hernandez customer service and understanding, there's a high chance we will be back.Dietary restrictions: Wife has Crohn's disease, though there was a mistake at first, it was made right.“
“What a perfect Birthday dinner it was! I'm sure everything on the menu is delicious, but since I only get a chance to visit every so often, I go with my usual. The Ribeye melts in your mouth and all the sides I've tried have been wonderful so far and omg those rolls! Will definitely return!The only downside for us, having my 80 year old mother with us, is the constant loud noise. It's just too much even with hearing aids. We'll try to go earlier next time and I'm sure it will be a much better experience for her.“
