“I cannot say enough good things about Jimmy Jones in the Safeway Shopping Center in Medford. The customer service here is truly exceptional and unlike anything I have experienced elsewhere.

Danica and Gina are the epitome of outstanding customer service. They are friendly, attentive, and genuinely care about helping people. Eric and Alex are equally amazing, always willing to go the extra mile to make sure customers are taken care of.

What stands out most is that they treat you like a person, not a number. They listen, they care, and they do their best to make sure you leave happy. If you tell them what you are looking for, they will work hard to help you find exactly what you need.

The entire team creates an atmosphere that feels welcoming and almost like family. In today's world, that kind of service is rare and deserves to be recognized.

“The food was good and ready pretty fast, the place was clean and had entertaining signs around to read, prices were fine, staff was mostly friendly. First visit to Jimmy John's so we weren't aware that we needed to grab our cups and chips from the front and find the straws and napkins. Signs, verbal instructions or something like more obvious placement of these things would be helpful in the future.“
