Super fast getting my order. Got the giant Sammy and was impressed 💯 I was not hungry after that.
My server, Brandon, was very helpful and friendly. He always had a smile and helped me choose my meal when I couldn't decide. Fun atmosphere!
Why make sandwiches when you can have everyone around the computer console?

Jimmy John's on Riverside offers excellent food and service, with a clean environment and friendly staff. Customers recommend trying the #4 sandwich. Despite a minor issue with missing condiments in one order, the overall quality of the food was good. While some visitors had a negative experience with a rude staff member, most found the prices reasonable and the service prompt. The location is preferred over others in Medford, making it a popular choice for a quick and satisfying meal. However, some suggest improvements in providing clearer instructions for first-time visitors on self-service items like cups and chips.
