My daughter and I had lunch here and were pleasantly surprised. This will now be our favorite restaurant in Ashland. For vegetarians, the rice and whole beans are without animal ingredients. I highly recommend the spinach enchiladas. Yummy! The margaritas are exceptional. Service was the best part of our lunch. We were treated like family. Amazing authentic food in a relaxing space. Occasionally a older man plays acoustic guitar and sings so beautifully! Get the Pina Colada in a pineapple! Breakfast burritos are a must!

Very nice people who obviously really care about their customers. Delightful attitudes, tasty food and served hot. Generous portions too. They offer whole beans for those who don't want to eat lard and if you want a hotter salsa than normal, just ask and they'll bring it on out.
