Awesome stickers to collect if you’re in to that sort of thing, employees remember your drinks if you’re a regular, and even if it is someone new working there always seems to be good service.The music is always on point as well. It is really cool hearing the different varieties of music played at various locations; always a fun surprise when taking a trip to Dutch Bros.The coffee is pretty good (nitro cold brew with honey and oat-milk on ice is amazing), however they do have smoothies, tea and lemonade that are pretty good as well. Highly recommend Dutch Bros for the uninitiated. ?“
“Just stopped by Dutch Bros and sad to say that their prices went up almost a dollar. And then they don't even have prices out or let you know that prices went up. They should at least like let you know that prices went up. Have a little sign or something“
“Paid full price during happy hour for using their website to order. I Was refused a partial refund. Roots website and social media says 3-6 is happy hour with no other requirement of needing to dine in. Disappointed in the lack of customer service from management.“

“Staff is friendly and helpful. The cafe is pretty, quite spacious, well-kept and inviting. There’s plenty of space to sit with friends to enjoy your food and drinks. They offer dine-in, to-go, online orders and delivery through third-party apps. It’s located right across from Mt Shasta Shopping Mall and next to Panera, so there’s plenty of parking space nearby.I really appreciate and enjoy the quality of their drinks overall. The ratios are always perfect and never taste watered down. I particularly enjoy their Earl Grey milk tea. I add grass jelly topping. Their grass jelly tastes fresh and earthy. The consistency of the milk tea is always perfectly creamy. The earl grey taste stands out yet is smooth.I also like ordering their Elegant Rose Royal Tea from their Specialty line. This one is on the sweeter side, which I don’t mind. It’s worth the wait. I like adding lychee, coconut or rainbow jelly. They are all good.A great classic I enjoy is the Janine milk tea on its own. In my opinion, it calms the tummy while satisfying the sweet cravings.I have not tried their food, but definitely plan to.“
“We are from out of town and in Redding to visit family. When we got to the restaurant, it was a little bit of a wait, but now I know why. There was not one staff member that didn’t have a smile on their face. Everyone was so incredibly kind. Our 3yr old about lost his mind over the pancakes—we’ve never seen him eat so much!We all enjoyed our meals, they were fresh and fantastic.The energy in the restaurant is so cozy and welcoming, it was so clean, and the food was great. This will be our go to spot everytime we visit! 10/10!Kid-friendliness: Our son loved the pancakes, and they made him chocolate milk—which he said was better than mamas made at home.“
“Gentleman working the front window was so nice and polite .I wish there was more guys like that working at other establishments. My favorite drink is banana cream pie shake that has coffee and marshmallow softop parfait all through out the drink. DELICIOUS ?“
“Overall, it's a good boba spot in a good location. The first time we stopped here I had the Thai tea and it was just okay, it didn't really leave much of an impression. It wasn't the nice orange color you expect from Thai tea and it didn't have the creamy, floral notes. It actually tasted a bit powdery. Maybe it was just an off day? I got the regular size and it seemed kind of small for the price point. My fiancé wanted to stop by again today since we were in the area, and got us both the brown sugar milk tea, and it was pretty good! The drink had hints of caramel flavor from the brown sugar syrup, and the boba was chewy. I wish it was a bit softer like Tiger Sugar, but this still had a nice consistency. I wouldn't go out of my way for it, but if I'm at the mall again, I would try their other flavors.“

“We stopped in on our way through Redding, it’s right off the freeway, super convenient. I ordered the cilantro lime quinoa bowl and the presentation was beautiful. My daughter ordered the vegan wrap, they were both excellent and hit the spot, it was exactly what we needed. They have fresh produce, a good selection of homemade products and a small bulk food section. We loved it and the service was fantastic, friendly and very welcoming.“
