It was amazing....everyone was so friendly and helpful....I will definitely be going back again soon....
It's not the food, service or atmosphere it's all about their price increase!!!!!!!!!
I have gone to the Mount Shasta mall for over 15 years and this is the first time a cash register lady told me it was going to be $9 for a pretzel, are you serious? I've been buying pretzels there for over 12 years and I never thought I would see the business charge $9 for some flour jalapenos and shredded cheese.
Disappointing and that will be the last time that I frequent the business....read full review

The pretzels here are second to none! The service hasn't been great the last few times but at least the food is great every time. They definitely need to ask you if you want any cheese sauce on the side instead of telling you that you have to pay for it and make you wait in the line again to buy it
