“Absolutely incredible from the moment we walked in til the moment we departed. The food was fantastic, which might be an understatement. The Seafood cakes were masterfully constructed with a light consistency and beautifully crispy exterior. The flavor was well balanced and the sauce had a nice little kick to it. The Alsatian Tarte Flambe was a true delicate work of art. Fantastic balance of sweet, savory, acid, and a mild smokiness. The Mushroom pasta is an absolute crowd pleaser. The variety and volume that come to life in this dish will have you our foraging in the woods. Delicious cream sauce with a mild citrus kick from lemon zest, this pasta is sure to keep you coming back, make sure to add chicken. The Ribeye steak was cooked absolutely perfect, great char, perfect medium rare and tender as a mother's love. Featuring Allen Brothers Beef the flavors from the Broccolini and the tender fingerling potatoes round out this meal with a classic steakhouse feel. Finally to round out the meal we were presented with the Sticky Toffee Pudding. Warm, rich, decadent, and out of bounds. This warm delight was the best way to end this wonderful dinner. The fresh French vanilla-bean Ice cream complimented the richness of the Sticky Toffee Pudding.

“I'm not gonna lie.....the outside and parking are pretty sketchy. If I judged this place by its location alone, I probably would've driven away. But once you walk inside, it's a completely different story. It's clean, welcoming, and the staff are some of the sweetest people you'll meet.

Now for the important part, the food is INSANELY good. Hands down some of the best Vietnamese food in Chico. Everything tastes fresh, flavorful, and worth every penny. The food alone is enough to make me come back, no matter how rough the outside looks.

You know the ones, with the iceberg lettuce and the bread that tastes like nothing. You want a MANS SANDWICH. You’re not walking around on your twinkly toes. “This is my go-to Thai place when I come to Chico to visit my parents. My mom has a lot of dietary restrictions and this place is always accommodating and gives great service. The food is always good my favorite is the Penang curry with chicken. My dad always gets the cashew chicken and loves it. We get the Satay chicken and we love the sticky mango rice for dessert. My mom and I also get their Thai tea what's your delicious.“

“By far the best pizza spot in Chico. It is pricey but they use local ingredients and if you hit the farmers market on Saturday mornings chances are you’ll see the owner filling his wagon with local produce. Our favorites are the Green Goddess salad, Nanny Goat pizza and East Coast pizza. Like others have mentioned service is not fast. The salads come out almost right away but I think they have a ton of to-go orders because pizzas can often take more than 45 minutes (even on a Monday night). They have some toys for kids to play with and high chairs so we love that. Last night they seemed pretty overwhelmed; there wasn’t enough clean silverware and the water jugs were both empty. But the food was delicious as always.“
