“At first I came to Cafe Maria because of the photos from social media and wanting to support a new small business to Chico. Let me tell you, I will be making this a regular stop. I got the Mexi Mocha, the sourdough toast with hazelnut spread and fruit, and the regular breakfast sandwich with bacon. Whatever sauce the green sauce is… out of this world. It’s so fresh, and the perfect compliment with the sandwich. If I could buy that sauce/salsa by the gallon I would.
Not only was the food amazing, but so were the staff. Although it was past breakfast, they made me the breakfast sandwich anyways because it was slow at the time. Such genuine, kind people that deserve all the hype. I’d rank this spot a 10/10. Such a great addition to Chico.“

“My friend and I enjoyed our delicious meal outside, weather was perfect. They were busy , thought there would be a wait. There was not, food was delivered, with a smile in a timely manner. Order was taken with a smile also, employees were very friendly. We had a absolutely delicious wrap, with teriyaki pork and too many other goodies to list. Avocado toast which is the tastiest we have ever had. Strawberry lemonade was incredible. Not overly sweet, or syrupy, great flavor. Nice size. Next time I will try a dessert. I highly recommend this establishment.“
