“My friend and I enjoyed our delicious meal outside, weather was perfect. They were busy , thought there would be a wait. There was not, food was delivered, with a smile in a timely manner. Order was taken with a smile also, employees were very friendly. We had a absolutely delicious wrap, with teriyaki pork and too many other goodies to list. Avocado toast which is the tastiest we have ever had. Strawberry lemonade was incredible. Not overly sweet, or syrupy, great flavor. Nice size. Next time I will try a dessert. I highly recommend this establishment.“

“Love from the Hearth, College view is my go to. Friendly people, great food. However, wifi over the last weeks has been non existant. Nobody can connect. I'm now finding myself new places to hang out. Wish they would sort that.“

“We are from out of town and in Redding to visit family. When we got to the restaurant, it was a little bit of a wait, but now I know why. There was not one staff member that didn’t have a smile on their face. Everyone was so incredibly kind. Our 3yr old about lost his mind over the pancakes—we’ve never seen him eat so much! We all enjoyed our meals, they were fresh and fantastic. The energy in the restaurant is so cozy and welcoming, it was so clean, and the food was great. This will be our go to spot everytime we visit! 10/10! ps: the fact that they are such supporters of rescue animals is the best cherry on top! Thank you!! ♥️🐾“

I’ve taken my family here twice recently—with my 4-year-old and 8-year-old in tow—and it has quickly become our go-to spot in town.What really blew me away was the customer service during the chaotic lunch rush.
Anyone with young kids knows how stressful a packed restaurant can be, but the staff here handled the crowd beautifully. They were incredibly patient with us, fast on their feet, and genuinely friendly despite the long lines. The team kept the dining room spotless and got our food out quickly, which is a massive win when you have hungry kids waiting.The atmosphere is super relaxed, so you don't have to worry about your kids being perfectly silent. Plus, the menu actually has things they want to eat. My kids devoured the mac and cheese and grilled cheese, and I loved that I could easily swap in fresh fruit sides instead of standard junk food.It is just a clean, reliable, and stress-free spot where the staff genuinely seems to care about making your day a little easier.“
