My friend and I enjoyed our delicious meal outside, weather was perfect. They were busy , thought there would be a wait. There was not, food was delivered, with a smile in a timely manner. Order was taken with a smile also, employees were very friendly. We had a absolutely delicious wrap, with teriyaki pork and too many other goodies to list. well, they give you the option to tell them if you have an allergy. i was horrified as I was eating and noticed three sesame seeds, even after noting it on order and requesting none. so dangerous!! who knows how much I ingested. only time will tell.
Well there is no 3 star rating, So I’ll post this as a “don’t recommend”. (Food is excellent. Staff is great). BUT. Their online order system stinks. You can’t use your gift cards. You can’t order via phone and pay at pick up and there is no way to message them and complain. Therefore if you are a loyal customer who just wants to grab a quick lunch you are forced to go in and order if you wish to pay with your gift card —and wait 30 min for food. Based on the reviews, Tea Bar & Fusion Kitchen is a restaurant with friendly and informative staff who are well trained, especially regarding dietary restrictions. It is Celiac Safe and the only restaurant trusted for safe dining, as staff go out of their way to avoid cross contamination. The staff is also accommodating about leaving off ingredients and tailoring bowls. The food is excellent, fresh, colorful, and beautifully presented. Favorites include the steak and salmon bowls. The teas are delicious, with specific mentions of the pomegranate açai, the peach, and the Honeydew Chill, which is super yummy. The atmosphere has great lighting, is super clean, and the staff is genuinely friendly. Parking can be a little tight right by the restaurant, but there is plenty of space close to the mall. The restaurant is always running specials and deals.
