The chef has a great culinary vision of bringing farm-fresh ingredients to the table in interesting and sharable ways! I am THRILLED to have a restaurant in Nevada City that provides delicious vegan, vegetarian, and gluten-free options - this has been much needed in this charming town! “We finally got a chance to dine at Nourish, and we’re so happy we did! We walked in at 5:00pm on the dot, and were told there’s no available seating until 7:00pm. Oh no!! So we wasted time for 2 hours. Upon returning, we were given 2 seats at the bar. The nigiri and rolls were so fresh and delicious!! The service was fantastic, and the chefs were on point! Our only regret was not trying it sooner. ❤️ Thank you Ryan and Lacie!! You truly have the BEST restaurant in town. ~Shannon & Garth“
