I've had a number of the specials like the hummus plate, snap peas and ricotta. I've also had a few pizzas. They are tasty artisanal pizzas. If you're looking for NY pizza, you can go across the street to the pizza joint.“
“This is my favorite restaurant in Nevada City. The food is really excellent, the atmosphere, feels like a special occasion, every time, and the staff and owner are the *best part*. We feel very nurtured, and taken care of when we go to this café. Recommending everything five stars. The food is really excellent!Vegetarian options: I get the beyond burger, blue burger that has sautéed onions, blue cheese, brioche bun, and comes with either an amazing salad or fries. It taste like a real burger 100% and is amazing. That salads are really really excellent as well.“
“This is my favorite coffee shop in Grass Valley. Everything here is completely gluten free and it tastes so good! I also love their maple mushroom chai and lavender matcha. On a hot summer day the iced mint tea is also great.Crinkle cookies and donuts are my favorite - I hope they make more of the elusive maple donuts, I've only ever seen them twice.There is local art and a forest vibe here and I always love to visit just for a break from the day. All of the staff are always super nice. I'm a regular there for sure :)Dietary restrictions: The best place ever for gluten free baked goods! They also have plenty of dairy free options and sugar free drinks. They're very diet conscious so you can always ask them about specific ingredients if you have a preference or allergy.“
“Went in for the 1st time on a stormy Saturday. Restaurant was mostly empty. Ordered the cheeseburger they had on special and it was delicious. 1/2 lb Patty, thousand island style sauce was great I went with everything but the onions. Service was prompt and friendly. Price for burger and a very generous amount of homemade fries was about $15. Well worth the visit. I will return and try out the Brats. ? Definitely a sports bar vibe with multiple TV's. Might be a good place to watch the 49ers whip the Chiefs in Super Bowl LVIII?“
“Great local pizza restaurant in Nevada City! Visited jan. 15th..see receipt. Huge medium combinatiion with a ton of toppings! The one trip salad bar is very small in size but it had everything i like in a salad. Its family run for 30 years and they still make one of the best pizzas in town! Ton of leftovers! 5 stars on the pizza and salad! Dine in or take out. Beer and wine also available“
