“Today was the first visit I had and Edwin’s. I had to meet someone nearby and decided to go in to support. I wish I lived closer because Edwin’s is so wonderful!! The atmosphere is so warm and welcoming. The scones were gigantic and the pastries looked like anime food. I saw a menu board featuring bagel sandwiches that looked tempting. I decided to get one of each flavor of danish (raspberry, blueberry & blackberry). The crisp, tender layers in each bite are magical! The perfect balance of sweet and tart was on point. The juices from the berries carmalized the edges nicely. It was so nostalgic to have something so delightful that it reminded me of my great granny. I had a simple black Colombian coffee and it was a great pairing for the pastries. It was mild yet rich flavor. I’m looking forward to more visits.“

“Food was great. On point. 1st review was two years ago. Pizza is still consistently good and the staff is fun. Pizza's shown are both MEGA dough. One with light spicy red sauce, double mozzarella, double pepperoni, spicy chicken sausage with sprinkled red peppers. Second one is double mozzarella, red sauce and mushroom.“

Lately we frequent West Side Grill, Rocklin. The ambiance is a formal/casual atmosphere, elegant, yet comfortable, all with the same savory comfort food and seafood lovers menu to delight. We’ve enjoyed date nights, family birthdays, catered off-site events and plain old in-dining experiences. All were treated with the same level of care, as if we were top clients, regardless of who we were every time. Bennett’s staff pair perfectly with their food and preparation. “I ordered the chicken pho at Lasam Pho in Citrus Heights and it was absolutely outstanding. I’m used to getting overcooked, dry chicken at most places, but theirs was the complete opposite, tender, juicy, and full of flavor. It paired perfectly with their richly seasoned broth, which really brought the whole dish together. You can tell they put care into the quality of their ingredients. Definitely one of the best chicken pho experiences I’ve had.“

I just want you all to know, the people in the Folsom location are always friendly and pleasant, which isn’t always the case today. Menchie’s on Madison is hands down one of my favorite frozen yogurt places. They switch up the flavors regularly, so there’s always something yummy to try, and I love that it never feels stale or repetitive.

What really makes this location stand out is how welcoming they are to kids and toddlers—it’s such a friendly, family-friendly spot. The store is super clean, well-organized, and well-maintained, which makes every visit enjoyable. Even the bathroom is big, well-stocked, and spotless—which, let’s be honest, is a huge plus when you’ve got little ones in tow!

The employees are pleasant and efficient, not overly chatty, but they get the job done, and I appreciate that. The prices are fair, and they run great promotions from time to time, making it even more affordable.

At the end of the day, this is my go-to frozen yogurt spot. Whether I’m with my kids or catching up with friends, it’s always a great experience. Highly recommend!“

“It has been quite a while since I have been to this restaurant, so I was excited to finally sit down and write out a full review of my experience. On the positive side, the entire dining area is remarkably clean and well-kept. My only complaint about the atmosphere is the spatial layout. The tables are set up very close together across the floor, which can make it a bit difficult and awkward to navigate your way back and forth to the salsa bar.

The hospitality was a bright spot, as the staff provided good, attentive service from the moment I walked in. For my main course, I ordered the green chile enchiladas. The dish was a mixed success. Some of the pulled pork utilized in the filling was unfortunately a bit dry. However, despite the minor dryness of the meat, everything else on the plate was exceptionally fresh, well-seasoned, and tasty.

The accompanying sides were also standout components. The Mexican rice was prepared incredibly well and packed a lot of great flavor. Additionally, the black beans topped with melted cheese were a nice, savory addition and were prepared perfectly.

Bottom line: except for the B-tier preparation and texture of the pulled pork, everything else included in the meal was very good. It is a solid spot that I would still recommend for fresh Mexican food.“

“The last 4 times I've ordered pizza for the kids have been from Pizza Twist. This is a new favorite and my new go to for a quick pizza. The place is welcoming and the staff is pleasant. The pizza itself is amazing. Personally, I think this pizza is much better than Round Table Pizza or Mt. Mike's, for a more reasonable price.

Vegetarian options: You can have them build a pizza the way you like.

Kid-friendliness: What kid doesn't like a good pizza“

“I ordered on DoorDash and the food got here fast, however, in one piece? Not so much. There were tears all over the aluminum foil to my burrito and the burrito was falling apart when I opened it! I had to eat it with a fork and knife! I also ordered spicy and I got a sweet green sauce/salsa. The food was alright, and would be alright if it wasnt for the miscellaneous bay leaf in my food the first bite. If I know anything about cooking, you take bay leaves out of whatever youre cooking once the food is finished!

I would ask for a remake or a refund but I ordered it on DoorDash and I ate it anyways so I doubt anybody over there would be so kind.

It was truly unfortunate for this to happen, I am not normally picky about my food, but this was a mess.

Edit: The General Manager really hooked me up! I went over and dined in today and the service was amazing, the salsa were fresh, although the hot Pico was missing, it didnt really take away the enjoyment I had. Dos Coyotes the way I remember, thank you Ken!“
