From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere struck the perfect balance — elevated but comfortable, with a great energy that makes conversation easy and the evening feel special without being stuffy. The food was outstanding. Every dish was beautifully presented and full of flavor — creative without being overcomplicated. It’s clear there’s real intention behind the menu, and everything we ordered felt thoughtfully prepared. Canon is one of those places that works just as well for a professional dinner as it would for a date night or celebration. I got the blueberry lavender donut and the carrot walnut donut hole, both were delicious and fluffy, not dry and cakey like most gluten free pastries. The ice cream is super thick and creamy. “I had the Chicken Mix Bowl with the smokey chipotle sauce and it was AMAZING. I am allergic to dairy, gluten, and soy so being able to not worry about that with my meal was so nice. I also have ARFID (avoidant restrictive food intake disorder) and have a really hard with certain textures, usually chicken is really hard for me to eat but I had no issues with this chicken!! The texture was consistent all the way through, pulled apart really easily, and was just overall amazing. The portions are really good and the food is very flavorful. I'm really happy with my meal. Thank you guys for the amazing food. I highly recommend this place!!“

“Updating to 5 stars. I believe in second chances. I tried it again and loved my food! My daughter's alfredo looked good last time, and I wanted pasta again without a lot of hassle, so I gave it a shot. I asked for no bacon bits. The dish was really good and so satisfying! The broccoli and spinach were very fresh. The pasta was cooked perfectly (as it was the last time). The sauce had plenty of flavor, esp with the delicious cheese they grated on top, so not sure what was up with my daughter's food as mine definitely wasn't bland or dry. It wasn't ultra saucy, but it had enough sauce for me, plus I don't need the additional calories. I subbed shrimp for chicken, and it tasted really good--grilled, not bland. Now I know I can just customize a little and make it a little more to my taste if needed. They have different proteins to choose from, and you can add additional vegetables of all sorts. I will be adding this spot to my rotation. Glad I gave it another shot! Also, I find the staff to be very sweet and professional. They're always cleaning up, and that's good to see too.

The food is average, but the plus is that it seems to be fresh. I ordered a Cajun pasta with shrimp that was far too heavy on thyme. I was expecting cajun flavor, not thyme and was very confused by that. There were annoying, hard bacon bits throughout that just seemed more like old bits of overcooked meat. It was very unappealing. I kept trying to scrape them away. The pasta was really dry. Hardly any sauce.

My daughter got the alfredo and subbed shrimp instead of chicken. It was also dry, hardly any sauce, which made it bland and unpleasant to eat.

The shrimp was ok. Not the best quality, but it didn't smell bad or anything. I wasn't expecting really great seafood at a chain restaurant anyway.

Service was very polite, and the food came out warm and fairly quick without being suspiciously quick.

I can't say I would not go back, but I am also not sure I would want to go back.“

The prices have increased over the years but the food is still delicious. Highly recommend the tuna melt and tomato bisque soup. Not sure how long the promo is but when you order a meal you get a kids meal included. Staff is super friendly and the place is clean even though they are steadily busy!“

“I’ve never been disappointed with the quality or consistency of anything I’ve ever ordered. The app was a little glitchy for me, it wouldn’t take my payment. I pretty much did the exact same thing 3 times and it worked on the 3rd. Besides that, adding a dollop of almond butter to any bowl or smoothie takes it to the next level for sure.“

“This was my first visit. Went with my daughter and son in law, we are all seniors. The first thing we noticed when we walked in was the noise level. It made conversation impossible. Everything else, food , service and value, was great. I didn't see anything in other reviews about noise, so am mentioning it so others will be aware.“
