“Had dinner here on 1-15-25 party of 3. Very good service. Espresso martinis were great! Started with artisan bread and Brussel sprouts. It was a little weird to have the pancetta on the side vs mixed into the dish but everyone agreed we really liked them. Then we had Dungeness crab arrabiata, duck fat seared scallops and the short rib. Favorite dish was the short rib! The arrabiata had a good variety of seafood but I wasn’t a huge fan of the squid ink tonarelli. The scallops we tasty just tiny and too few, so that was the least liked dish. Finished off with a flourless chocolate cake that was good. Next time we want the brie appetizer! I’d dine here again but it hasn’t moved into my top 10. We each had a cocktail to start and shared a modest bottle of Pinot. Out the door $400.“

“My opinion best Hamburgers in Sacramento. Where else can you get a burger made from venison, wild boar, Wagyu, Bison, Camel or even Gator bites ? Exotic meats and great selection of craft beers owner is an awesome staff is great and the cook is on point. Oh and the fries are to die for 🤤. Definitely a must try if you are in the Sacramento area and love hamburgers and fries.“

My hubby ordered the burger and I ordered tge pork shank. OMG (GOSH!) it was exceptionally delicious and just plain good! We will return as this was our first visit. “Pleasantly surprised with UoB! This was my first visit which was a retirement party for a coworker and this place was bustling! UoB staff greeted us, took orders promptly and efficiently, everything was delicious and correct, the vibes were really fun & I loved the semi private outdoor seating(trees/landscaping were blocking the public’s view). There was at least 50 of us at the party and another non related party occurred on the other side of the restaurant so I think it’s safe to say call to reserve seats/tables if you’d like to celebrate here. It’s not super large but I love the size of this establishment because it’s comfortable. I’ve been looking for more places that don’t break the bank while socializing and this is definitely one! The happy hour prices were amazing too! $10 for a smoking Old Fashioned, Raspberry Lemon Drops, Margaritas, food and more. And plus, regularly priced, those drinks were only a few dollars more so while happy hour was awesome, I won’t let that be the only time I come. This is one of those affordable places you can go to anytime. We thoroughly enjoyed the crab sandwich, the show for my husbands Old Fashioned and the positive vibes from Shift Lead On Y. She was awesome, her team was awesome, we had a lot of fun & we will be back! Bathrooms were super clean too! Thank you!“

“Back in 2020 while in town for a cousin's wedding. The wedding party ate here. Being a retired chef from Louisiana but residing in Nashville. So I know seafood. I would give this place 5 🌟 because the food deserves 2 👍 and staff and place was A-1.“

“The French Dip was Fantastic! I added Mushrooms and glad I did. The Aujus and Creamy Horseradish gave it Multiple Savory Flavors with a Bread that had the perfect balance of soft and crunchy to hold it all together. Our Server Lisa made the experience all the more enjoyable by being Super Attentive, Warm, and Funny!!“

“Super nice dining experience and a very beautiful restaurant! Easily accessible from the street. The food is delicious but on the more expensive side and the portions are reasonable but not generous. Overall a great place for date night. With tip I spent $80 for a mocktail, ravioli with added chicken breast.

The immediate area surrounding the restaurant was not super nice or walkable in my opinion so it's more of a destination and less of a night out experience.“

“I eat at Huckleberry’s at least twice a month, today however my experience was not good to the point that I did not leave a tip and feel terrible about that. I went in around noon on Sunday, I knew it would be busy. I signed in for one and was told it would be a 10 minute wait. I sat there roughly 10 minutes. Two ladies came in signed in. Apparently they knew one of the waitress and were seated a few minutes later even though I was there before them. A waiter then approached the hostess and pointed at the clipboard, the hostess told him she was not going to seat one person in a booth. So I approached the hostess that initially signed me in and inquired why the two ladies were given a booth even though I was there before them, she didn’t know and looked for the waitress who sat them. The waitress proceeded to move them to a bigger booth to seat me. I was very disappointed. I realize it was not right to leave a tip but customers should not be given preferential treatment.“

“I have been an avid Starbucks drinker for over 10 years. I had the Atomic Chick yesterday and it was so good I have decided to stop drinking Starbucks so I can spend that money here instead! The food is outstanding! The atmosphere is amazing, the music is nostalgic and IT'S KID FRIENDLY🤯 The owner is funny and so nice, the staff was above and beyond. I will absolutely be coming back time and time again! Can not wait to try everything on the menu.“

“Have been coming to Moxie for decades now, and it's one of my favorite hidden gems in Sacramento. Great food, great service, and Adam is a hoot. Would love to see them open during the week like the old days, but barring that, I'll still continue to visit for dinner on the few days they are open.“

If you haven’t tried this place you need to check it out. It has perfect holiday season vibes. I have seen too many restaurants come and go from this location. I had the pasta and bread tonight, heavenly.  They ran out of cookies, so the owner couldn’t be nicer, he made me a beautiful & thoughtful oreo panna cotta. Dude. Yup, so good.

If you need a restaurant for a holiday dinner or brunch, I highly recommend this location. It has cozy indoor and outdoor seating with heaters for outside. Let’s keep their doors open this holiday season as we move into 2026.“

“This is our go to place. The food and service is always consistent. I've tried several items on the menu but when it's hot and you want something cool and refreshing the Riverside chicken salad 🥗 it is absolutely delicious.“

“Came in not knowing what to expect. Asked guy that took my order to recommend something for a first timer and he told me to try the chicken sandwich and loaded fries. Man! Those loaded fries were really good I will definitely comeback and order again. The chicken sandwich was 🔥. Tasty and big piece of chicken compared to other locations. Definitely a place I recommend to anyone passing through Sacramento, even locals that want to be more adventurous with food!“

“The Hub in Sacramento delivered a genuinely great dining experience. The food was excellent, well‑priced, and full of flavor. My daughter ordered the sliders, my wife enjoyed the southwest chicken salad, and I had the barbacoa tacos — every dish was fresh, seasoned well, and thoroughly satisfying.

The establishment itself was very clean and welcoming, with plenty of televisions for watching sports and a spacious bar offering a strong drink selection. I tried Drake’s Juicy Hoot and liked it so much that I immediately ordered a second.

Our waitress, whom I believe was named Maria, was friendly, attentive, and quick to help with anything we needed. Her service made the visit even better.

“My dad has been a customer since the mid 90’s when they opened. We’ve been going there for years. Though we weren’t aware of how things would change with the new ownership, The food has always been good and the environment has always been great. We have always experienced great customer service after learning about the new ownership.

“We had a great time at Cabana Club in downtown Sacramento. The vibe is fun, social, and perfect for starting the day or kicking off an afternoon of drinks and conversation.

Our experience was really made by Alek, who was an outstanding bartender. The champagne bongs immediately set the tempo for the day and created a memorable start to our visit.

We also ordered the cheeseboard, which was amazing, and the deviled eggs, which were equally great. Simple items done very well.

Alek was knowledgeable, engaging, helpful, well-traveled, and genuinely comical — the kind of personality that enhances the entire experience. You can tell he takes pride in hospitality and understands how to connect with guests.
