“Ive always loved the food at Brookfields. The menu is expansive with so many choices. My only complaint is from today. I couldn't believe the bill for a cup of oatmeal, burrito (supreme or what ever the name was) and 2 drinks almost $50.00!

“I eat at Huckleberry’s at least twice a month, today however my experience was not good to the point that I did not leave a tip and feel terrible about that. I went in around noon on Sunday, I knew it would be busy. I signed in for one and was told it would be a 10 minute wait. I sat there roughly 10 minutes. Two ladies came in signed in. Apparently they knew one of the waitress and were seated a few minutes later even though I was there before them. A waiter then approached the hostess and pointed at the clipboard, the hostess told him she was not going to seat one person in a booth. So I approached the hostess that initially signed me in and inquired why the two ladies were given a booth even though I was there before them, she didn’t know and looked for the waitress who sat them. The waitress proceeded to move them to a bigger booth to seat me. I was very disappointed. I realize it was not right to leave a tip but customers should not be given preferential treatment.“

“Had breakfast this morning with my son and I tried the Denver crepe. It was really good and came with their breakfast potatoes which were very flavorful. My son got the Canadian Benedict and really enjoyed it. The street was pretty loud as we ate outside, but probably quieter inside or on weekdays.“

“My son and I went here for breakfast on 4/4/26 and I must say. The second I walked in I was amazed at how fast I was greeted by the hostess Julia and how quickly she escorted us to our table. She had a smile on her face the second we walked through the door to the moment she walked back to the host table. She even asked us how our day was and made sure we were seated in a comfortable area knowing I have a young child who might get up and run around. We had a great experience with Arnie our server. She was quick, straight to the point and checked frequently to make sure we were taken care of ! I love when hosts and servers give attention to the children too because it also makes them feel special and including in an “ adult” atmosphere. Thanks Ihop for having such amazing employees. Definitely will be coming back here not just for the food but even more for the service !“

“The food was really good and we all enjoyed our meals. The male host who seated us was not very welcoming. He seemed uninterested and visibly flustered, so he didn’t make a good first impression. However, our server, Juana, was amazing and made up for it. She was very friendly, attentive, and kept checking on us throughout the meal. She also spoke Spanish, which was helpful for my parents. Her excellent customer service made our experience much better.
Side note, there were babies crying and kids being loud, which was annoying, but that’s obviously not the restaurant’s fault.“

“Christina made our experience at IHOP absolutely outstanding! We came in with a large party. 9 adults and 3 kids under the age of 5, and she handled everything with ease and professionalism. What really stood out was how thoughtful she was, especially putting the children’s orders in first so they wouldn’t have to wait. That small detail made a big difference for our group.

She was attentive without being overbearing, consistently checking in to make sure we had everything we needed. On top of that, she brought such a fun, warm energy to our table, so sweet, engaging, and genuinely kind. Christina is truly a gem, and she made our entire visit enjoyable from start to finish. We’ll definitely be back and hope to have her again!“

“Restaurant was undergoing renovations, so our party of 6 was seated in the atrium on the second floor. Menu choices are not expansive, but more than adequate. Portions are generous and food was perfectly prepared and delicious. Salmon with risotto was excellent. Service was attentive, and very accommodating to our guest with dietary needs. Try the chocolate dessert!“

“My experience at this IHOP has always been great. Marlow is usually my waitress and she’s the best! She pays attention to me and my order. I’ve tried another IHOP and it paled in comparison! I highly recommend this place!!“

“Today my Wife and I had breakfast at one of our favorite places, IHOP on Madison Ave. in Sacramento. We were greeted by Aaron, one of the best food servers you will ever have the pleasure to serve you. He is always so very nice, friendly, attentive and efficient. The food is so good there. Horatio is the manager there and seems to do a fantastic job managing the restaurant and keeping it clean and tidy. Thank you Aaron and Horatio for always bringing the best to your customers. I truly recommend the restaurant.

“Hi, I'm Ray and my wife in Erinn. We we frequently eat at this ihop. Getting to know the manager Sean is a great honor. I bring my wife here to eat and sometimes eat here alone when I need a quick bite. The staff here has great customer service. The entire staff works well together like a Lil family. Everyone us always smiling. I told Sean it was good management and he corrected me saying ur was good teamwork. I often see him greeting customers, swerving food and bussing tables. It clean inside and i never gave a long wait unless ut Christmas and no one wants to eat breakfast at home. We had a fire in our house and we live in a hotel put the time being and we eat out a lot. I never see the great connection between the staff like I do and ihop. Keep up the good work guys thanks. I highly recommend this store.“
