We are afternoon dinner regulars and there are only two favorite servers that are excellent (Emma & Angelique). The rest (customer service folks) need to learn what good customer service is from the two that I just mentioned.First, the bathrooms are atrociously smelly, dirty and needs to be quarantined by a hazmat team. On January 30th I didn't feel well so I called in my order went picked it up curbside. Everything on my order was perfect including and extra syrup I didn't request!! I gave a very good tip! ?

It's an ok place. Service was ok. We had Saturday late breakfast. When we were here, the dining area was clean, and there was available parking. Wait time was short compared to other IHOP restaurants in the area.The only thing that was really bothersome was this one waitress.
