“Just had a wonderful pastrami sandwich. First time coming here and it was a great experience. Opted to have their bread instead of bagel for the sandwich.

Loads of toppings, fresh bread and toasted nicely. The staff were very friendly and helpful since it was our first time.

Definitely would recommend and will be coming back.

“I love this place! Every time I eat here, my food is perfectly cooked and the staff is attentive and friendly. It’s the best waffle you can get in Roseville. It is uniquely seasoned and very light in texture.“

“Always love Brookfield's at Madison Ave. One of my favorite restaurants with a great menu. This time was for lunch with the Balsamic Salmon. Substituted the spinach for brown rice and mashed potatoes. With corn bread and raspberry tea, the food was amazing! Salmon was nicely grilled and delicious. Service here has always been great too. “Atmosphere is a lil off putting when u walk in but the service was solid the country fried steak was hand breaded and the country gravy was full of flavor the waffle was a little to fluffy for my preference I prefer a crunchy waffle but overall a good experience food wise and service . “The food is always freshly prepared and as requested. The option of delivery is a very valuable one to me. The owner is always willing to add or subtract something from an item such as a sandwich and he remembers my changes. The delivery staff is always polite and kind, and the food comes quickly. “I base my sandwhich love off of fresh snappy ingredients. I ordered the croissant special and everything from the lettuce to tomato was crispy good. Great ratio of condiments too. I got the potato salad as a side and was pleasantly surpised with the added garlic, I do love me some garlic! A side note though, this spot is in a large office building on the first floor. Do a little exploring at the front entrances, you'll get there.“

“This is one of our favorite breakfast spots, and we usually come here to celebrate special occasions. This time, we stopped by to celebrate my husband's birthday week, and as always, it did not disappoint.

The restaurant is a decent size with both indoor and outdoor seating available. Everything is always spotless, from the dining area to the condiment bottles, which somehow always look brand new.

Now, let's talk about the food. They have a great selection of mimosas, and my husband's favorite is the pineapple coconut mimosa. If you're a chocolate lover, I highly recommend trying the Ghirardelli hot chocolate.

My husband ordered the classic Eggs Benedict and said it's one of the best he's ever had—which is saying a lot! I ordered the avocado toast with country-style potatoes, and it was delicious. However, my absolute favorite item is their cinnamon pancake. If I had to describe it in one word, it would be Christmas. It's warm, comforting, and full of flavor. If you're visiting for the first time, I definitely recommend ordering it.

The customer service was excellent as always—friendly, attentive, and welcoming. One tip: try to come early in the morning because this place gets busy quickly.

“Today my Wife and I had breakfast at one of our favorite places, IHOP on Madison Ave. in Sacramento. We were greeted by Aaron, one of the best food servers you will ever have the pleasure to serve you. He is always so very nice, friendly, attentive and efficient. The food is so good there. Horatio is the manager there and seems to do a fantastic job managing the restaurant and keeping it clean and tidy. Thank you Aaron and Horatio for always bringing the best to your customers. I truly recommend the restaurant.
