“What a small, cute diner this is. Meet a friend there, our half way point between south Sac & Roseville. We both were greeted promptly & seated right away. We both ordered the waffle combo. Waffle was golden & delicious, bacon was cooked crispy- yum! My medium eggs were cooked just right, Great breakfast for my friend too, she got her bacon extra crispy, got a nice mound of scrambled eggs and enjoyed her waffle as well! I can't believe that I haven't tried before today, but I will be a returning for sure! Also the service was excellent!“

“Atmosphere is a lil off putting when u walk in but the service was solid the country fried steak was hand breaded and the country gravy was full of flavor the waffle was a little to fluffy for my preference I prefer a crunchy waffle but overall a good experience food wise and service . “Just had a wonderful pastrami sandwich. First time coming here and it was a great experience. Opted to have their bread instead of bagel for the sandwich.

Loads of toppings, fresh bread and toasted nicely. The staff were very friendly and helpful since it was our first time.

Definitely would recommend and will be coming back.

“Ive always loved the food at Brookfields. The menu is expansive with so many choices. My only complaint is from today. I couldn't believe the bill for a cup of oatmeal, burrito (supreme or what ever the name was) and 2 drinks almost $50.00!

“I eat at Huckleberry’s at least twice a month, today however my experience was not good to the point that I did not leave a tip and feel terrible about that. I went in around noon on Sunday, I knew it would be busy. I signed in for one and was told it would be a 10 minute wait. I sat there roughly 10 minutes. Two ladies came in signed in. Apparently they knew one of the waitress and were seated a few minutes later even though I was there before them. A waiter then approached the hostess and pointed at the clipboard, the hostess told him she was not going to seat one person in a booth. So I approached the hostess that initially signed me in and inquired why the two ladies were given a booth even though I was there before them, she didn’t know and looked for the waitress who sat them. The waitress proceeded to move them to a bigger booth to seat me. I was very disappointed. I realize it was not right to leave a tip but customers should not be given preferential treatment.“

“This is my favorite breakfast spot in Rocklin! Staff gives top tier customer service. The food is freshly made and done as requested. I know if I am eating at Hot off the Griddle, it's going to be a great experience! I will leave with a full stomach and a smile on my face.“

“Had the Louisiana omelette, fish and chips, and strawberry waffle. Their waffle is super light and crispy unlike the usual dense and heavy waffle and everything is seasoned nicely without being overbearing. 10/10 would recommend to oversea friends not used to salty American food.“

The owner is always willing to add or subtract something from an item such as a sandwich and he remembers my changes. The delivery staff is always polite and kind, and the food comes quickly. I don’t normally eat out due to rising costs and ability to make great food at home but thought I’d look for a nice local spot to try out. I got the potato salad as a side and was pleasantly surpised with the added garlic, I do love me some garlic! A side note though, this spot is in a large office building on the first floor. Do a little exploring at the front entrances, you'll get there.“

“Every single one of the delivery items I have ordered from this restaurant in the past has been absolutely excellent. Because of those great experiences at home, I was incredibly excited to finally come out and dine in person today. Right from the start, the visit went smoothly. The dining room was visibly clean and well-kept, and the staff provided good, welcoming service from the moment I was seated.

For my meal, I decided to try the Cajun Benedict, and it did not disappoint. The kitchen nailed the execution on the eggs—they were done perfectly. The sauce was rich and flavorful, and the inclusion of savory Andouille sausage was a great addition that brought the whole dish together. My only single criticism of the main plate is that the sliced tomatoes could have been a bit fresher and more vibrant.

Thankfully, the accompanying sides were just as enjoyable as the main event. The sourdough toast served as a great, simple base that worked well with the Benedict flavors. Additionally, the side of roasted red potatoes was very good, cooked to a nice texture, and well-seasoned.

Bottom line: transitioning from a delivery customer to an in-person diner was a huge success. Thanks to the clean environment, good service, and high-quality breakfast plates, I will definitely be back for more dine-in meals.“

“Today my Wife and I had breakfast at one of our favorite places, IHOP on Madison Ave. in Sacramento. We were greeted by Aaron, one of the best food servers you will ever have the pleasure to serve you. He is always so very nice, friendly, attentive and efficient. The food is so good there. Horatio is the manager there and seems to do a fantastic job managing the restaurant and keeping it clean and tidy. Thank you Aaron and Horatio for always bringing the best to your customers. I truly recommend the restaurant.

“Hi, I'm Ray and my wife in Erinn. We we frequently eat at this ihop. Getting to know the manager Sean is a great honor. I bring my wife here to eat and sometimes eat here alone when I need a quick bite. The staff here has great customer service. The entire staff works well together like a Lil family. Everyone us always smiling. I told Sean it was good management and he corrected me saying ur was good teamwork. I often see him greeting customers, swerving food and bussing tables. It clean inside and i never gave a long wait unless ut Christmas and no one wants to eat breakfast at home. We had a fire in our house and we live in a hotel put the time being and we eat out a lot. I never see the great connection between the staff like I do and ihop. Keep up the good work guys thanks. I highly recommend this store.“
