“This is my new favorite Asian restaurant it’s far from home but so worth the drive. From the decor to service to the amazing food…. I can’t say how refreshing it is to be able to eat clean healthy Asian cuisine. The owner is Bill and I’ve met him twice now. He’s passionate about his restaurants, yes I said restaurants plural. He let me know there’s one in Eldorado Hills and Folsom as well as this one I’m reviewing in Citrus Heights on Sunrise. It’s beautiful, clean, and the food is so very delicious! The pay machine on the table grabbed my visa card info when I laid it unexpectedly in front of it. I was surprised as I had a gift card to use. “New Owners! Delicious Persian and Pakistani (alternate pages of menu). We had their paneer appetizer). It had big cubes of soft Pakistani cheese in a tomato based cream sauce with finely chopped ginger. Fabulous. We also enjoyed a grilled eggplant with a Persian yogurt cultured from sheep and goat milks. The butter chicken was exceptional: he grills his chicken, chops it, then adds the juicy chunks of meat into his delectable sauce. His ground beef kabob was juicy and tender. I enjoyed an inhouse, freshly made mango lassi. Wow! We have enough leftover to enjoy a shared lunch tomorrow.”

“This place is a true gem! My husband and I have ate here twice now and we have NOT been disappointed. Our first time there he ordered a burger of some sort and I got the grilled chicken sandwhich in a lettuce wrap. Both were absolutely delicious. Our second time around he got the pesto crepe with fries, and I got the Mediterranean crepe with salad. We both agreed that my crepe was better, despite our love of pesto, but both were good. The fries and salad hit the spot as well, mostly because their ranch dressing is fantastic. Prices were definitely reasonable. I look forward to trying other things on the menu. Whether you want savory or sweet there's something for everyone!”

i randomly ran in to this business last week on the internet....when i was yet again searching for the 'next' meal delivery company to try.... for years ive rotated thru the huge list of them...every one i can find.... i am a flight attendant so it makes it easy to have something prepared at home when i land at all hours and have to recover and not think about where/what/how/when i am going to eat....also i live-in assist my 91 year old mom that is a picky health eater and i need to have meals ready for her before i leave. ....anyway so omg....THIS FOOD! what?!!! i just wasnt expecting it to be SO FRESH. SOOOOOO TASTY. hearty portions. fairly priced. FLAVORFUL. CREATIVE. impresses my mom when not much does! :-) and....they hand deliver my bags all the way up here to Marysville! you can tell these people put intentional thought and care in to it all A to Z. nothing is an after-thought. the customer service is easily contactable! replies swiftly. jovial. sensible. not one little thing has been a disappointment. this young man and his team are doing a great job! hard working! no dummies here! omg!!!!! loving this! i am in a great mood all day knowing this nice food is in place for us! the best meal delivery service i have had! “The people were amazing, they were so elaborative and patient and most of all kind. The food was the best food ever. The servings are decently sized and had a reasonable pricing. My only con which wasn’t to intense was that there was not too much space. But they accommodated us to the bar. So overall by heart, it a 5 star!

Dietary restrictions: They are very flexible with measurements and any allergies. They will take out anything you are allergic to.

First of all, the banana nut muffin is absolutely delicious. It's the perfect blend of flavors and is moist and fluffy. I would go back just for this muffin alone! But there's so much more to try at Greenhouse Cafe. The menu is full of amazing options, from breakfast items like avocado toast and breakfast sandwiches to salads, sandwiches, and more. Everything is fresh, flavorful, and made with high-quality ingredients. Beyond the food, I was blown away by the generosity of the owner. I learned that the owner donated a lot of muffins to United Sikhs organization to help feed the homeless. This kind of kindness and generosity is truly admirable, and it only makes me want to support Greenhouse Cafe even more. Overall, if you're looking for a new go-to cafe in Citrus Heights, Greenhouse Cafe is definitely worth checking out. Great food, great service, and a great owner who cares about giving back to the community. I can't wait to go back and try more items on the menu!”

“We dine here about once a week. The food, wow, it is great! I love the walnut shrimp, the Mongolian beef, chow main, and fried rice. My daughter loves when they make her special chow main with nothing in it, just noodles please she says to the nice lady who works there. My husband always gets everything extra spicy. Even with all our modifications they are so kind and willing to make everything to order, and did I mention how clean and beautifully decorated. We really enjoy everything at wonderful Chinese.

Parking: They have about 10 parking spots but they usually have an open spot.
I've never had any difficulty finding a parking spot.

Kid-friendliness: They are so good with kids. My daughter asks them for spaghetti and they make her chow main with ketchup on it. If your kid likes any of their ingredients they will make it for them.

Wheelchair accessibility: They have wheelchair parking but if you use a wheelchair it may be difficult to get in and out because the spaces are close together.”
