Wonderful Chinese Restaurant offers delicious Chinese cuisine, known as one of the best in the Citrus Heights area. The menu includes American Chinese favorites such as sweet and sour, broccoli beef, Mongolian beef, walnut shrimp, General chicken, and cashew chicken, served in large portions at reasonable prices. The service is efficient, though not always friendly. The restaurant is accommodating, willing to modify meals to meet dietary needs, and is praised for its cleanliness and beautiful decor. The atmosphere is calm and not noisy. While the restaurant's appearance could use some updates, the food continues to delight customers, including the popular "Wonderful Chow Fun" and pork fried rice, making it a favorite choice among locals. Customers appreciate the kid-friendly options and the willingness to cater to specific requests. Parking is available but can be limited, yet most find it manageable. The restaurant has received multiple citations from the health department for rodent infestations, but it remains a top spot for quality Chinese cuisine.
