They never answer their phone which I don't understand why it's even on the truck. They definitely have some things to improve on, but I will give them another chance seeing that the food is good. “They deserve to be busier but I’m glad it’s nice and quiet. Great service, very good food, clean and comfortable. The fried foods are done absolutely perfectly, not over greasy, crisp and moist on the inside. I do prefer the lemon chicken over orange bc the sauce on the orange was too much like sweet and sour and had no spice. It also needed some kind of fruit or vegetable to break it up but I am very happy with the lemon chicken. Glad we found this cute little hole in the wall.”

The owner is the best, such a nice guy. Can't say enough good about this place. We live around the corner and this is our go to spot for local pizza. You can't beat hand tossed dough. Not frozen like other big chain pizza. The service ia always excellent, they can bang out 2 pizzas in 10 minutes without sacrificing quality. Love this place!!!”

“This place is truly THE BEST!!! The lady who works there is truly one of the sweetest people I have ever met, she cares so much about the quality of the food and drinks (our favorites) she makes. Me and the groomers at puppycut salon in the next plaza over frequent this place. We are absolutely OBSESSED with their aqua Fresca, the watermelon being the salon favorite.
Truly THE place to get good aqua Fresca. You will be disappointed going to any other place after this!”

“Dandy's Ice Cream in North Highlands is hands down my favorite Mexican ice cream shop in Sacramento. Every time I visit, I'm blown away by the delicious flavors and amazing service.

So far, I've tried the milkshakes, raspas, and the banana split ice cream - all of which were delicious. The ice cream is rich and creamy, and the flavors are unique and bursting with flavor. I can't wait to go back and try the other items on their menu!

What really sets Dandy's apart, though, is the people who work there. They are all so friendly and welcoming, and they really go out of their way to make sure you have a great experience. The service is truly amazing.
