“OMG!!!! First time trying shawarma and I picked the perfect place... Pulled up and was hesitant because there was nobody there but im glad I tried it. Ordered the chicken shawarma it was 12$ and it was plenty for 2 people. Asked for a side of spicy sauce it was mild but gave it a nice enhanced flavor.. now the shawarma itself was amazing 10/10 hot fresh crispy the cabbage inside was light and refreshing the chicken was flavored and had a slight char so it went well with the crispness of the cabbage slaw. I highly recommend and will def be returning.. also the the guy helped me was very helpful and customer service was amazing...

After this review I tried another shawarma plave called 812 grill and was extremely disappointed i will def be coming back to this place again due to the flavor and authenticity from caravan. Still best shawarma ive had in sacramento...”

They never answer their phone which I don't understand why it's even on the truck. They definitely have some things to improve on, but I will give them another chance seeing that the food is good. “They deserve to be busier but I’m glad it’s nice and quiet. Great service, very good food, clean and comfortable. The fried foods are done absolutely perfectly, not over greasy, crisp and moist on the inside. I do prefer the lemon chicken over orange bc the sauce on the orange was too much like sweet and sour and had no spice. It also needed some kind of fruit or vegetable to break it up but I am very happy with the lemon chicken. Glad we found this cute little hole in the wall.”

The owner is the best, such a nice guy. Can't say enough good about this place. We live around the corner and this is our go to spot for local pizza. You can't beat hand tossed dough. Not frozen like other big chain pizza. The service ia always excellent, they can bang out 2 pizzas in 10 minutes without sacrificing quality. Love this place!!!”

“The best place for a antojito! I highly recommend the coconada. The person who served me recommended it, and it was truly delicious. Everything I ordered was very well served; my coconut drink had plenty of fresh coconut, unlike other places where they just show you the coconut. “Dandy's Ice Cream in North Highlands is hands down my favorite Mexican ice cream shop in Sacramento. Every time I visit, I'm blown away by the delicious flavors and amazing service.

So far, I've tried the milkshakes, raspas, and the banana split ice cream - all of which were delicious. The ice cream is rich and creamy, and the flavors are unique and bursting with flavor. I can't wait to go back and try the other items on their menu!

What really sets Dandy's apart, though, is the people who work there. They are all so friendly and welcoming, and they really go out of their way to make sure you have a great experience. The service is truly amazing.
