I was craving authentic Vietnamese crispy pork egg rolls, but ended up ordering so much more—and I’m so glad I did!

We ordered the wings, pho, pork egg rolls, and beef skewers, and every single dish was absolutely fantastic!

The LaSam Combo Pho was loaded with incredibly tender meats, fresh vegetables, and a rich, flavorful broth that was simply outstanding. The wings were perfectly crispy, with just the right balance of spice and sweet honey glaze. The beef skewers were tender with beautifully crisp edges, seasoned to perfection and bursting with flavor.

And the pork egg rolls? They absolutely hit the mark! Golden, crispy, perfectly seasoned, and exactly what I had been craving.

But I have to give a special mention to the fish sauce. It was so flavorful, perfectly balanced, and not overly fishy in the slightest. In fact, it was so delicious I could have practically drunk it on its own!

The restaurant was clean, comfortable and the staff extremely friendly. Every dish exceeded my expectations. Fresh ingredients, incredible flavors, and food clearly prepared with care. This place absolutely nailed it, and I can’t wait to come back and explore more of the menu!“

“My wife and I arrived at 20min before closing and we were worried that they would be seat us because it was so close to their closing. Got seated immediately and ordered very quickly. Food came out after about 10 min and we didn’t feel any pressure that they were forcing us to finish before their closing time. Pleasantly surprised by this place because we’ve always driven by it but didn’t expect it to have such a nice atmosphere and the food was very good. 10/10 would come back“

“We had dinner for the first time the other night and everything was excellent. I was the only Vegan in our group and they had quite a few vegan options. I had for starters the crispy tofu and spring rolls, also the Pad Thai and the rice mango dessert. Our waiter was on top of things and it was just an all-around great experience. I try to go at least once a week to enjoy both the excellent food plus wonderful music experiences. Surprisingly, create dumpling place. Highly recommended.

Food: One of the better dumplings I’ve had in a while.

Service: the waiter and waitresses were very attentive and came out several times to make sure that we are happy. Good job

Atmosphere: above average. I love the glass window so you can watch the cooks prepare the flour for making dumplings

“I made my first visit and purchase at Takieng Thai Cuisine after having driven past it for years. It was several very positive Yelp reviews that help drive my decision to order from Takieng. Phad Thai is usually my go-to, but when I saw Mango Curry on the menu, I had to try it. I added tofu as my protein. This dish did not disappoint!! The mango chunks were soft and sweet. The tofu stir fried to perfection with a soft silky texture. But, the curry sauce took this dish over the top with lovely Thai basil throughout. I ordered 3 for heat and it was just the right amount of heat for me. All ingredients together married deliciously to make a perfect dish. On another note, I ordered for pickup online. The dish was ready in the time frame I was given. The women working the front of the house were so welcoming and friendly. The restaurant was clean and very ornate with beautiful decorations from Thailand. I highly recommend Takieng Thai Cuisine restaurant.“

It’s super consistent, and honestly, sometimes you just need a massive bowl of comfort food without the fancy price tag. We were driving past recently and decided to stop in with our son and grandma, both of whom had never been there. We ordered my wife's favorite and a chicken dish for my mother-in-law and 69A for me and 69B for our son. The food was fantastic as always, but the Flaming Beef And Shrimp was spectacular with the presentation and my son thoroughly enjoyed making his own spring rolls. “The food is super yummy! I’ve been here various times now and have tried the combo chow mein, shrimp pho, orange chicken, pork bun, and fried egg rolls and everything was delicious and FRESH. The customer service is 10/10 too as I needed help ordering the pho that I never had tried before and she was very patient and kind helping me figure out what I wanted. The restaurant doesn’t have a lot of foot traffic but do not let that deter you from trying this place. Definitely a hidden gem.“

“I loved the food, though I don't have a lot of experience trying Korean food. The staff was willing to take the time to explain the options, and the food came out fresh and delicious. And so fast!

The veggie pancake was excellent. I also had the bulgogi and my wife had the bibimbap, both of which were filling and tasty. The sides were a nice appetizer, with a lot of tastes I've never had before.

Best of all, it was quiet. That's a big deal for me, and I plan to come back.“

My curry came out piping hot in a plastic container which isn't ideal for preventing micro plastics and carcinogens. Other than that I would recommend.“

“BOMB! I could only be happier if I could eat more in 1 sitting. On a Sunday afternoon, it was practically empty. I had the pork and veggie ($11 and easily the best) as well as pork and crab ($15) and it was very filling. 3 sauces are on every table: chili crisp, a sweet soy blend, and a sour vinegar based soy blend. I mixed all 3 in the provided dish and loved having every flavor component without any being overpowering. They come out piping hot from the kitchen w a glass wall so you could watch em brewing made if you want. The service counter has 1 register, but if there's a love, they have a kiosk right next to it that can be used to order and pay too. Water is free from a dispenser by the register. And there's a to go station if you eat there and want to take part home, complete w containers, utensils, sauce and sauce cups w lids, and bags. There's light spa music playing which feels very zen. The mural goes great w the red and wood decor. The staff was nice and service was very fast. Their storage shelving is covered w linens bearing their logos, and the 1 person bathroom is clean and made to smell nice. If I'm ever passing thru, I'll be stopping here for sure!“
