“Who cares about the atmosphere, the sandwich was good! I have the #14, teriyaki chicken with pickled vegetables. Oh, man that's yummy! I had to take another right in middle writing this review.
I ate there because I'm traveling, but most everyone that came in had take out. They also have grab and go items, and I got some spring rolls for when I get home. I will definitely stop here again whenever that area.“

“The food here is so delicious. We got to try the new item, Bao Pops spicy, they were delicious. Very good quality and very savory food. The staff were super friendly and helpful. Everything was great and the place is very well kept and clean. Definitely will come back!“

Solid local pho spot with consistent flavor every time. Not the absolute best, but very reliable and worth going to—especially for the price.

The broth is where this place stands out—it’s consistently good every visit. Clean, balanced flavor and never off. For me, it’s better than Mac Pho and pretty much on par with Saigon Bay. Meat and portions are solid—nothing over the top, but always dependable.
🥢 Texture & Execution:
Noodles cooked right, not mushy. Everything comes out hot, which is important for pho and they don’t miss on that.
💸 Value:
About $1 cheaper than most pho spots nearby. For the consistency alone, it’s already worth it.
🏪 Atmosphere:
Simple and casual. Standard pho shop setup.
🙋 Service:
No issues. Food comes out in a reasonable time.

“Wow, wow, wow. I am so impressed with how delicious the phnom penh and fish filet (prahok). By the time I demolish all of the phnom penh, I didnt think I have room for the prahok so I snuck in a couple bites before I went back to work. Noodles were chewy, bouncy, and flavorful with bite size pieces of liver and pork throughout the dish. Prahok was very flavorful and aromatic that paired well with a side of jasmine rice. I wish they have more Cambodian restaurants in Sacramento because this type of food would be such a hit.“

“the service is excellent fairly priced the bone broth is made in-house using the best parts a lot of people are turned off by the area but I'm from Stockton I was born and raised in Stockton and I know sometimes you got to go into those areas to get the best food and the best deals?? and if you're on a keto diet they will serve the soup with all vegetables no noodles no extra charge! in fact the last time I was there I asked about the barbecue pork and they brought me out some on the house just to try which I thought was very kind!!!!! there is a ton of noodle houses throughout Stockton but this is my favorite!!!!!“

“I have been going & taking my family to Pho Saigon Bay Restaurant for a very long time‼️They have a very wide selection of delicious food for all ages‼️We take our children & they are fine with the selections‼️I really love their Chicken & Shrimp Fried Rice, their service is fast & friendly, & the place is always clean no matter if we Dine-In or order To-Go‼️

“My friend recommended this place to me a while back, and I decided to go with my wife. The food was good. We were served by a young man wearing a dark blue jacket with a gray shirt. He's got a good sense of humor and helped us out whenever we asked, even when it was busy. There are two other ladies. One doesn't speak English, which is fine. But the other lady does. The one who does understand English was really rude to my wife when my wife asked for the receipt. She yelled at her employees in front of customers and complained loudly when her employees made mistakes. Very unprofessional. The service is acceptable only due to the young man. Props to him. 2/14/26“
