“Best chicken feet I've had in Stockton. Had to get another order to-go. Kung Pao chicken and Fish Fillet with Black Bean Sauce were really good as well. Even the sesame balls were better than most I've had in the area. Our server was very friendly and accommodating, too. Definitely coming back. 🙂“

“5 stars for the price. I wanted soup, she wanted sushi, and we live eastside so we didn’t want to enter town to a place with $17 dishes and tip. so this is a nice local gem. it is worth noting though: the sushi rice is not seasoned with vinegar/mirin/sugar/salt like expected— just white rice. it’s understandably labor intensive though. still tasted good.“

“One of the last old schinese american Hole in the walls left in this modern high-tech world.
I highly recommend the Mongolian beef lunch special, which is sure of all day into the evening. You can't beat the taty traditional American breakfast. Everything from hash brown's to pancakes, omelets,Spam and rice all reasonably priced portions are are big hot and tasty. Thank you.

“I have gone through multiple restaurants, but nothing compares to chow to go. It is immaculate, it feels like a kiss on the cheek, it taste like it was blessed by God himself. Amen 🙏 - satisfied customer number 1
When I eat this food it tastes as if the chefs were actually angels sent by God himself to satisfy and serve all their costumers. I whole heartedly believe this food could bring world peace if everyone on earth took a bite from this absolutely beautiful, textures, flavorful, warm, delicate, delicious heavenly excuse for food. This food makes me want to donate to charity, this food makes me want to call my mom and tell her I love her, this food gives me a whole other perspective on life. It really makes you believe that your dreams are possible and gives you hope for the future. This food makes me thank God for the dirt that grew the rice and brócoli and the wheat that made the bread that made these noodles and finally the plastic that made the styrofoam containers that hold the food to be
then delivered to my plate and then my mouth. I hope and pray that whoever made this food have a golden throne waiting for them at the gates of heaven. Please try this restaurant - Satisfied Number two
Chow to go, where do I even start. In my darkest hour of need, you were there waiting for me. I reached my arm out in desperation and you pulled me out of the slums where I was forced to eat tv dinners and cockroaches. You gave my life meaning. When I put that very first piece of chicken in my mouth, I felt as though I reached nirvana. My face filled with joy and my eyes seen color like never before. Food, I thought I knew it all, but your food showed me to another world beyond what the mind can comprehend. If I were to die this very moment, my last words to anyone would be, “eat chow to go, and you will become the ultimate life form.” Thank you for blessing me with this exquisite delicacy. - satisfied customer number 3“

“Everyone was extremely nice. It's a good place to get in and get out
You choose your food and they cook it and it's all you can eat. If you want to go back for more you may
If you can't finish what you took in your first bowl, it was very nice. They allow you to take it home
The servers and the cooks were all very accommodating. I would recommend this place for a fast meal in and out. Or if you have a hungry teenager that needs to consume massive amounts of food, I think it would be a good place to take them“

“For the price it’s good but you pay for what you get, I lowkey had a jaw workout since it’s buffet style the food kinda gets a bit stale in a way, I got take out but I ate inside for a bit which they were kind enough to let me, but the walnut shrimp wasn’t saucy enough the flavor was there but it’s still great for the price, because they give big portions. Other than that for the price you can’t beat it.“

“Whoever the closing crew was today was amazing. I called right before them closing and they kept the place open because I was already on the way. The staff was really nice and helpful. I normally dont even write reviews but I hope they know they did a amazing job more than other places.“

“I really love this place , everyone is so nice and the food is always fresh . But one thing that really struck me was that they do not have high chairs for kids at any Sherman’s , it kind of gives no kids wanted here which I’m sure isn’t the case because they are so cool but I think they most definitely should get some high chairs and make it more family friendly .“

“Visited at opening 11:00a.m. on a weekday, and we were the first ones in. I was surprised to see that the business name was changed to M Kitchen Buffet. I tried to ask the worker about the name change, but I wasn't able toneffectively communicate with them. The cost for dine-in buffet is $9.95 per person. They have about 7 booth tables that can fit up to 4 people. The place is casual, and seems to cater a lot of people who work in the area, and are looking for good Chinese food at a wallet-friendly price. 1-item starts at $6.95, and a 2-item is $7.95. From what I recall, rice or noodles are considered 1 item, so be aware a protein and rice or noodles is a 2-item selection. The food was fresh and hot at opening. I prefer the fried chicken, orange chicken, mixed vegetables, chow mein, and fried rice.If you're in the area, give it a shot. I was expecting Sherman's Buffet, but it wasn't. My guess is that someone who worked at Sherman's Buffet wanted to own a store, bought it, and changed the name. It tastes pretty muvh the same, and the menu & concept is the same. I prefer the Sherman's off of Pershing, but this restaurant is a good place to dine in or get takeout. Ty ?“

“Im an oriental chef fan bec of their dimsum but this Mandarin House was a breath of fresh umami. Their prices are lower than your typical chinese food amd it got me worried as they might have a small portion or worse might not be that good. Boy i was wrong. Not only the portion is good but the taste is yummmm. Im an authentic chinese food lover not the panda express type chinese by the way. Also im half chinese(taiwan) half american and I recommend this place“

“The food was okay! I really enjoyed the orange chicken, but the rice and chowmein wasn't what I expected. The Rangoons were pretty good, and over all the service was awesome. They were very nice and they know how to handle business. I will however give their food another shot one of these days“

“It's a buffet so service is as expected. The food is good enough. Not exceptional. And the place is clean but older. No frills or attempt at ambiance. But it's the food not the decor you're there for. Order to go and the portions are generous. The soda fountain is notable. The right carbonation and syrup concentration to make an excellent drink. Not to heavy and not watered down.“

“Awesome little place on the Miracle Mile, fast friendly service with delicious food. I had the wieners and rice with brown onion gravy, my wife had the corned beef hash. First time I’ve been here, my wife has been going since she was a kid.“

“Their pho is delicious and servings are generous. My mom had to bring home some of it. The rice meals were also very satisfying. The experience at Pho Bac was a very pleasant one. The only thing I have to point out is that they charge for additional broth. Aside from that, everything was excellent!“

“Classic stop when you want quick Chinese. Orange Chicken and Chow Mein never miss, but sometimes the food sits a little too long under heat lamps. Staff is cool, portions are fair, and drive-thru helps on the go. A regular stop on my way home.“

“My friend recommended this place to me a while back, and I decided to go with my wife. The food was good. We were served by a young man wearing a dark blue jacket with a gray shirt. He's got a good sense of humor and helped us out whenever we asked, even when it was busy. There are two other ladies. One doesn't speak English, which is fine. But the other lady does. The one who does understand English was really rude to my wife when my wife asked for the receipt. She yelled at her employees in front of customers and complained loudly when her employees made mistakes. Very unprofessional. The service is acceptable only due to the young man. Props to him. 2/14/26“

“For me, this is cheap already. Not the top notch quality but not bad especially if you don't have time to cook and you're sick of the american fast foods. The service was fast and attitude of staff varies on who are on duty. Overall, pretty quick food and affordable. Small space, only to-go, no dine in.“

“The food tastes good (orange chicken and I think teriyaki chicken) , it's calm and quiet there. The plates, silverware, and place in general seemed pretty clean. Although there was a fly around but overall this seems like a nice place to check out.“

“We stopped by briefly for some eggrolls. It was about lunchtime, and the line was long at the serving counter. They had a wide selection of different menu items, and the helpings appeared to be generous. The staff were nice enough. There was indoor seating of course; parking is no problem, since they are on the edge of large shopping area. The restroom door had a lock on it, but legit patrons can ask for the code.“

“Food was good and the employees were nice. We did feel a little rushed for moderate business, there only like 2 people in line, but it’s whatever. More importantly the food was good and tasted relatively fresh. The Bathrooms were dirty though but the dining room was good. Overall good experience, but could’ve been better“

“My 1st time here it's to-go only they have been there for 10 years.. got food for New Year's Eve night I only ordered sushi got six rolls was $90w/tax that's n average of $15 a roll, the rolls were $13.25-$14.95 for the rolls I purchased.. I talked to a couple that was in there with their daughter and ask them if they had eaten there before and how the food was they live in Antioch they said when they come to Stockton they always stop by there and get food to take home they said the food was great.. while I was sitting there waiting for my order more people had came in to pick up their orders or to put in an order seems like they were busy which is a good sign.. lady behind the counter was very nice food came out in a reasonable amount of time.. got home ate a few hours later all of the rolls were very good I will be going back they have quite a large menu and they have what are called Sushi burritos and of course they're wrapped in seaweed we'll have to try those next time but if you never been there I would suggest you try it you won't be disappointed.. thank you for the great food..“

“I ordered the #7 for the brisket and the rice noodles, but mainly because the other one with brisket has tripe for the broth. Not a cow stomach fan. I also added one egg roll to try which was really good. Crispy warm/hot and the filling was delicious. The Phó was so good. But the fried rice stole the show. It was so good that's all I have been talking about. Waiting for Wednesday so I can go get more. I selected a lemonade mango soda for my drink. They gave water complimentary without me asking which I am grateful for. Now, the drink was very, very delicious. Fresh lemon and mango chunks in it, and grain sugar at the bottom. It was in a to go cup and actually small for $6.95, but it lasted my whole meal, while also sipping the water, and it was delicious through and through. I even poured the water in the cup after finishing before I left. Very very good.
But back to the rice. It had a slight shrimp flavor in the background. Just a simple hint of it. Seasoned extremely well. I am not joking when I say I'm going back mainly just for the rice. Saying that, as I briefly mentioned the Phó was delicious. They give you fresh bean sprout, mint lemon and thin sliced jalapenos to add. Which the mint set it over the top so well. The jalapeno gave it a kick, while the sprouts gave it a nice crunch for different textures. They have Siracha sauce, a teriyaki type sauce, which seemed like it may of had oyster sauce too, but I could be wrong I was overwhelmed by the rice at this point, soy sauce, salt and pepper. Everything came out together with two workers bringing them to me. Unfortunately my drink came last because it was fresh. And worth the wait. Plus I had the water and technically didn't need it. No pallete cleansing needed. Overall I enjoyed it very much and as mentioned, I will be returning. Total for the medium size Phó, (Forgot, there is a choice of small, medium and large bowls) the single egg roll, a side of fried rice and the Lemonade mango soda was $$29 and change. I left a $6 tip. Was that appropriate for my order to be taken, my meal brought to me and I went to the counter to get me check and pay my bill. Well, pay my bill. Never got the check. Super polite, and very warming employee's and place to come for any meal. Breakfast, lunch and dinner. Score: 9.3/10 Highly recommended. Even if you go for a One and Done.“
