“This place is THE BEST. and the owner has this secret wine society or rich dudes so if you show up on the right night and bring in your own kick ass bottles, they’ll share with you!! Ordering from them on DoorDash is nice. Eating there is soooo much better.“

“I love this place, first off the wor wonton soup is super good. Like maybe my new favorite, I’m really impressed. The broth is exactly what I was expecting, even better. The favor is exceptional and it’s loaded up with all the veggies meats and wontons. The wontons themselves are perfect. I might be their number one fan now. Wor wonton soup is my comfort food 🤤
Also the combo plates are really good, the chicken always has the perfect crisp, not crunchy or over crooked. I always get the combo plates but haven’t had the wor wonton soup til tonight. Don’t overlook the place, super nice people, great food and it’s affordable. Big portions.“

“Food tastes good! Service isn’t the best. A tad pricy on seafood items. Everything else is reasonably priced! Will definitely be back.“

“This spot is truly a hidden cove. The service was phenomenal and the food was great! I got the Mongolian BBQ. The amount of options were decent. I have been to places that had more veggies to choose from but that can be overkill. They had a decent amount of relevant choices and I was satisfied. The food was delicious and the price was in alignment with the quality of the food. I will be definitely going back when I'm in the Galt area.“
“Very interesting dim sum items that I have not seen at other restaurants. Everything tasted very good and I liked the atmosphere and service too.
It’s too bad you need to go through the casino to get there, but the restaurant doesn’t smell like the rest of the casino.“

“My absolute favorite. I have never had anything I didn't love there. Great flavors, large portions, fresh food and a large variety of options. Customer service is very pleasant and attentive. Food comes quickly whether dining in or taking out. My favorites are the sizzling rice soup and the Kung pao chicken.“

“When I moved out of state for five years Dragon Lite was the only place I thought of at least monthly. I’ve been going there for 20 years and the quality has never wavered. Lemon Chicken with extra sauce, steamed rice, and fried asparagus 10/10 you’ll never have anything better. Family owned and Operated, they only take one day off a week. It’s a quiet little hole in the wall, perfect for take out.“

“Food and service were excellent. The House Chicken was really good although it's not usually my favorite thing on the menu. The Sizzling Rice Soup was tasty as usual. Surprisingly, the restaurant wasn't as busy during the lunch hour as I would have expected.“

“I've lived in Lodi for most of my life and somehow never been here before. Christmas Day arrived with fevers for my children so Christmas Dinner got postponed and after calling around Wong's was the first place we found that was open. And I'm so glad they were. The food was delicious, the service was kind and quick, and the price was very reasonable. I will definitely be going back!“

“My family has been going here ever since I can remember! I love this place so much, and it is such a comfort food to me. We usually get the string bean chicken (all-time favorite), general chicken, house chow mein, and have recently been going for the sesame chicken. Definitely eat in if you have the chance, the service is wonderful and the food is so so good. I like the Dinner plates, which come with pork fried rice, chicken chow mein, egg flower soup, and whatever main you choose. It's such a fantastic value the portions are huge!! We recently tried the beef fu yung, and it was so yummy!! Definitely will get again!“

“If you want classic, no-fuss Chinese takeout in Lodi, Chop Chop is the spot.
It’s one of the oldest Chinese restaurants in town, and they’ve been serving great food for decades. Everything is consistently delicious, portions are big, and you can’t beat the prices. The fried chicken and chow mein are always my go-to.
Perfect for a quick, cheap, and satisfying meal.“
“Had the pork Fried Bao. Pork fried rice and chicken & vegetable dumplings. Overall it was good. No dine in. All orders are takeout thru a window at the front door. I ordered online and was very easy to navigate and choose to pay in person. The Bao was a little chewy for my taste, but I don’t like some bread products. The pork fried rice was good and moist. The dumplings were really good with lots of flavor and full or stuffing. I would recommend and it’s a local business which makes it even better. Support local business.“

“Food here is better then Sacramento #1 buffet everything is fresh! Very comfortable always greeted and accommodating and cheap! ....Worth more then the pay. They say quantity over quality! or quality over quantity! But not here everything is as you expect ( flavor and a full stomach ) nothing else can compare to Wild Chinese Buffet in Lodi !!!“

“This place has a good old fashioned original Chinese resturaunt aura to it. The kind man who takes your order is smart and thinks outside the box. I wanted to order their pot stickers because they are a must have. I always order the same ones and . He made a suggestion that he would surprise me and mix it up. I swear I now have a better perspective of what I love and the bottom line is IF I HAD TO CHOOSE 1 FOOD TO LIVE OFF OF for thebrest of my lofe and onky 1. The potstickers would be it. They make my brain literaly feel euphoric. Must be the love and great old wisdom and energy the older woman who sits and hand molds these dumplings daily. Im hooked. They had some uncooked on a tray near their service door I saw when I passed to go to the restroom and I seriously considered filling my pockets and running out like a straight weirdo. I'm seriously addicted to their veggie and also the pork and chive and the kitchen one. Yummy. Lol.“

“There is just something different about small town Chinese places that can make them hidden gems. They tend to have great food for the price. They have a bit of that nostalgic feel to them as they likely haven't updated the decor in generations. They are humble and focus on the likes of their community. Full Moon is a perfect example of this. Their lunch special is a great deal. Your typical list of entrees (I got Generals Chicken) with rice or chow mein, a springroll/eggroll and a bowl of soup. All of it was very tasty and despite being a slow Sunday afternoon, tasted freshly made. The owners cook and serve and do everything. And they are super nice.
If you ever find yourself in Galt, Full Moon Palace is worth checking out!“
