“Just moved to Sacramento and have been trying new places to eat. Our server was Eric Y. He was very helpful and explained how the Peking Duck was prepared boneless. When he brought the platter out he showed use how to assemble the items in the rice paper. It was the best Peking Duck we have ever eaten. We also had garlic seasonal vegetables and Mongolian beef. The beef was so tender and flavorful. We definitely will be going back and asking to sit at Eric's table.“

“This Is the best Chinese food I have ever eaten! I don't like eating Chinese food from just anywhere its got to be made with care and They do that at Chef Bo. I even asked to substitute the chicken for shrimp in my veggies and they didn't even bat an eye they just simply said "Yes no problem!" “Good place to eat. Service is fast, friendly and professional. Food portions are a lot for the price. Only one small complaint - too much sauce on the general, lemon, orange, sweet & sour chicken. “I love this place. I haven't been in years since I no longer live in or frequent Elk Grove as much. I finally had a chance to go again and enjoy lunch. I brought my man so he can try and shockingly he loves it too. I say shockingly because h doesn't eat Chinese Food & love it as much as I do but, I helped him figure out what he really likes and he didn't waste a drop of anything. We are both not the biggest fans of egg flour/flower soup my favorite is hot & sour soup but, that wasn't offered and I'm sure he would have liked it. I don't really care for the textures and not a huge fan of tofu but, we had a little bit. I like tgat he's open to trying new things. All in all it was a great lunch. The service and food is always great and they stay busy. “We were here at lunch time around 12:15 pm. There were so many people already and we had to wait a bit. We were here to try the dim sum menu. We ordered a couple items. All of them are delicious and they served the table very quickly. We were full and didn't get to try the desserts. Maybe next time.“
“Hidden Sichuan is a one of the best Chinese restaurants in Elk Grove in the small mall across from Raising Canes and next to IHOP. We love the food and the people that work their. They are also one of the best kept secrets in Elk Grove. We love the General Prawns , Sichuan chicken and shrimp, Lunch is a real deal with your main entree that comes with Steamed or fried rice or noodles and a cup of soup for around $12 it is a real deal. Dinner portions are huge and priced right, Thank God for their take out business which is brisk or they would be in trouble. Anyway if you are in the mood for excellent Chinese food at a good price, please skip Raising Cane's or God forbid In N Out and try them you will go home happy and if its a dinner portion enough food for at least another full meal or two. It even has all you can eat ,Mongolian BBQ ? definitely will have to come try that next time.So after a long Saturday of walking at the flee market and doing yard work around the house getting ready to plant, we worked up an appetite since we haven't eaten all day. And we didn't want to cook even though my cooking was pretty awesome! we decided on Chinese food, and we've been meaning to try this place for some time now but never really got to until Saturday night.The restaurant was busy as could be for 6:30pm on Saturday night but we got seated quickly ordered the family meals for two it came with a lot of food for a good price.The food came out fast, and it was delicious. We couldn't finish it all. We were so full it came with soup, 3 different appetizers, fried rice house special chowmein, and two entries. Every single item was delicious. We had leftovers, and we took the rest of it home. I'm definitely coming back to try the Mongolian.Oh, I almost forgot the service was good it could have been great if we had got our water refilled, but it's OK.“

“Absolutely amazing food and service provided. I'm a native of Stockton. We used to have a restaurant called On Loc Sam. This reminds me so much of that amazing location. The wonton soup is to die for and the food is amazing. The menu items are typically served in big portions to share with other but there is a lunch option for you solo eaters out there ?. “N'Joy Cafe is one of my parents' favorite places to eat. We get food to go often when they're in town. N'Joy serves a wide variety of Chinese food that has something for everyone's tastes. My parents love porridge and N'Joy's pork and preserved egg is one of the best. It's scrumptious and filling. It's the perfect dish for cold weather. They also love the spare ribs in honey chili. It's sweet and not very spicy. We pair this with the fired rice with chicken and salted fish. It can get pretty salty, but the sweetness of the pork balances it out.Personally, I like the eggplant with minced pork and house special noodles. When I'm in a soup mood, I'll get the braised beef and noodle soup. This dish can be hit or miss. Sometimes the braised beef can be pretty tough or have too many tendons. This restaurant is in the Costco strip mall near the Crumbl. Sometimes parking can be a bit tough, especially during the weekend. Because the strip mall N'Joy is located is near the Costco gas station, it can sometimes be tough getting into their parking lot.Service here is efficient and timely. The food comes out fresh and quickly right after I've ordered.All in all, food from here has been pretty solid. There are still quite a few items on their menu that I'd like to try, but it's hard to stray from our tried and true items.“

My sister ordered my food online and it gives you a number to call for curbside service, and it didn't work, they only have two spaces for curbside parking and if you didn't place the order yourself be prepared and have the person's ID. Which I find kind of ridiculous. The food wasn't worth the time. Again I won't be going back.“

“Went in to eat with 6 other people. The inside is kind of small, but their food selections was pretty good. I am not sure if they only have one waitress at night but she did do a good job serving all the tables. I asked her if she can take a photo of our table and she said she is the only waitress so I didn't get any photos taken. It would have been nice if she could have taken one photo for me. The food is pretty tasty and the price is reasonable. I would not get their fish though. It was battered and sauce was on the bottom of fish. Not flavorful for me. I look forward to coming back, but I also hope the restaurant will have more waiters next time.“

People are growing angry because there's just always a wait for simple things like paying or getting a to go box. Please just have a second server. We don't have other options really because of the gluten issues but it's still bothersome to see people losing it because they've been waiting so long.
