“I was in EG for a Dr. Appointment and wanted to check out healthy Vegan food options here. I found this gem, a chain, nonetheless amazing! Got my fry craving met with baked fries and the Vegan Koji turkey Chipotle sandwich is so good! Beyond what I expected. The Chagaccino speaks for itself! Adaptogen goodness! The establishment itself is cute and clean but not as comfortable to dine in. I'm eating in my car and totally content. I will visit the Arden RAW next.”
“Food there was simply amazing. For my ramen bowl, I got a bit of extras because it was my birthday so why not treat myself. ??The bento was good too. Don't judge but I definitely love food and how much I eat goes to show just that. The drinks there was a bit expensive, but it was worth trying. Loved it.Our server was a bit behind in terms of keeping up even when I had made a reservation for a group of 9. I'd assume they'd be a bit more prepared in terms of handling larger groups but it is what it is. No sweat. ?”

“My wife is Thai and very, very, very picky about her Thai food (she’ll even go back in the kitchen at some restaurants to interview the chef, see if they’re up to snuff). She says Khao Man Gai is very hard to make good and that this place has some of the best she’s tasted (and remember, she’s really, really, really picky). I like their Crizp chicken (I sub out the sweet chili sauce for the Soy Bean Sauce). When I get home I throw some more cilantro and sliced cucumbers on top. We’re going back today for more, it’s very addictive! I think they put a lot of love into their cooking, always been satisfied with them! Keep up the great work!”

If you order a plate entree, portions and vegetables are satisfying and fresh. The gyros are wrapped with a tortilla. Sauces for the dishes include traditional tzatziki or other non traditional sauces like Chipotle, or garlic sauce. We ordered the beef shawarma plate and the lamb gyros wrap. Complimentary cold water was provided in a nice glass bottle.”

The jungle juice beer is really good and beer is green my favorite color so had to get out ha..if your in the area stop by and get yourself some beer and food..”

Next time I will take pictures but honestly the menu pictures look spot on to what you get. What ever that corn toasted bun is... it's also excellent. The seasoned fries were seasoned and crisped to perfection also. Very friendly staff that greet you and thank you upon leaving. I observed the guy that was making the food come check on tables several times to see if they needed anything else. Hope this place stays around cause it's definitely on my list of favorites now. We got takeout but ended up eating at the tables outside.”

“I like this place. If you like tacos but with a bit of an international twist you should go here. They have an assortment of different kinds of Tacos. I did the 4 for 14.00. I had the pollo la brasa (Peruvian) Cochinita pibil (Hawaiian like) the Korean (beef Bulgogi) and the Dirty Diana (Birria) they were good and they had great flavor. Enlarge the menu pic for exact ingredients description. They also sell street corn but the proper name is Elote. I didn't get to try theirs but it looked good. Drinks you have a choice of Hortchata or Sandia (Watermelon ?) chips and salsa are complimentary. Altogether it ran me about 20.00, not bad compared to a lot of places today. I recommend trying this place. I think you'll like it.”

“In our region Leatherby's is a highly sought after family creamery! No matter what time you go expect a slight wait as they are the best around and everyone goes to this for special occasions or just for some fantastic ice cream or food! I tried the Christina's Caramel Craze and oh my goodness it was amazingly delicious! The caramel was so good, it is in fact so good that they have Mason jars of caramel for purchase! Service was more than great! Upon the time to wrap up your festivities when you receive your receipt at your table, you will take it up to the register to pay. Make sure so check out and support this popular establishment!”
“We've been going to this gem of a restaurant in Elk Grove since they opened about 20 years ago. We moved away, but we always visit whenever we are back there. Christmas of '23 was our last visit. Food is incredible and the owner and manager are both great people. I never understood why some chain places in town would have lines, but Todo Un Poco did not. Y'all are missing out BIG TIME!”

“I absolutely love this place. My wife and I went here for a date day. We have been coming back ever since. It's a commute for us, but it's well worth it. Other places give you super thin toppings. Red or white sauce. Not at Mikes.Food- The toppings are chunky, sauces are really good. They have red, pesto, garlic and ranch sauce. Their marinara sauce is fire as well. They have more then just pizza. Also have sandwiches, calzones and pasta.Service- Good honest people, working hard, making great quality food for their community. The place is clean. They have games and seating for large groups in the back.Atmosphere- Gives you a small town vibe. That's why I keep coming back. It's laid back but professional. I hope Fat Mikes stay around for many more generations. We ordered a carmel latte and a white mocha. Both drinks were nicely balanced and not overly sweetI tried the chicken panini. It had green apple and asiago. It was crispy, crunchy warm and tasty. The cheese melted perfectly.My husband had a turkey sandwich. He was happy with the amount of meat,crispy bacon and fresh avocado.We really enjoyed our meal. We sat in a booth at the back of the space. The booth size was good and the table didnt squish us in.We will definitely return to try the breakfast sandwiches next time. “This was my first time coming here and it was surprisingly pretty good. The inside has a nice modern decoration although I would say their seating is weird. If I were them I would get rid of the long high seating table. The waiters/waitresses were friendly and attentive. It's a little pricier than some of the other local spots but not bad. I got the Tan Tan Ramen which was really good. How their bowls look, it looks like there's not much food, but I was more than full. There was a lot of meat and it's nice that they give you a whole egg. The broth was rich and creamy, slightly spicy. I would definitely come back and would recommend this place to other people.”

Julian even asked my input on what things could be improved. He even called me and spoke to me about what could be improved for about 15 minutes. That means the world to me as a consumer / customer, because its called taking accountability and action. Its what you do when you own a business and i couldnt have respected that more. The next time we ordered food there the service, food and everything was top notch and they re assured me of any doubts. We will be lifelong Super Taco customers I will gladly spend my money there and always head there for our mexican food!!”

“I brought a friend here who had never been to a Denny's ever in 45 years. It was actually the perfect Denny's experience. Good service, the food was just as I wanted (we split the Lumberjack Slam), and the hash browns were nearly as crispy as I wanted (I like them super crispy - I should have said "super" instead of "extra" but they were still really good).”

“Come here and you get good food with fresh fish and generous portions. The fish isn't sliced razor thin like lots of other places. Service was great and attentive. The dining room was really clean. We started with the Sushi Tacos. Tasty and lots of fish. It was served on a square of tempura green beans. The Hokkaido roll and EG Specials were excellent and we ended with green tea cheesecake. I'd definitely recommend.”

Ayce hotpot is what we ordered, only tried beef and pork meat options, both very good quality and tender. The sauces were amazing, still thinking about them. And the Tom Yum broth was so delicious. Spicy tontoktsu was milder flavor but good too. Limited veggies though, and comes as a small bowl of mixed veggies, there's tofu and limited seafood options too. At the end, there's a scoop of ice cream or sherbet, perfect way to end the meal.”

Takeout Restaurants
“I have such a soft spot for this soft serve place but I think it's deserved considering that this visit and all my prior visits have been so consistent. Service is so quick, even when the place is fairly busy. I usually get the matcha flavor soft serve with Nutella filling in the fish-shaped waffle cone. I usually don't care for soft serve but this place's has such a good balance of sweetness to me, and the consistency is so smooth and creamy. I always love the idea of waffle cones upside down because I hate messes and with right side up the soft serve starts to melt and the whole experience just becomes a hassle. The cones here are clearly fresh since you can watch them make batch after batch, and the amount of Nutella they smear on the inside isn't too much. The powder toppings and strawberry versus macaron garnish are a nice touch as well. However, I find myself switching between strawberry and macaron since sometimes the strawberry isn't super fresh or the macaron can end up being a little stale. Also, the powder is nice since it provides flavors, such as graham cracker, without it the ingredient being crammed into the cup. The facility is always very clean inside, but I would be cautious if you eat outside since I usually find a lot of sticky messes. Water is also provided which is a nice way to cut the sweetness if it ends up being too much for you. Have been and will always come back here.”

I'm not a huge papaya salad Laos style fan but my friend said she loved it!I personally enjoy smaller Lao sausage because it allows the skin to be crispier but this one was packed fuller and with a good traditional herb flavor.I'm not a fan of the meatballs as i felt they were missing an extra umph, like a sauce (not the typical sweet chili sauce) but without a sauce it needed something savory from the meatball seasoning. It had a good texture but lacked the savory.I personally enjoyed the loaded fries the best, the shrimp that was deep fried with the fries were perfectly cooked. The shrimp still had a good and firm texture with the outside being super crispy.All and all, definitely a place I'd come back to.”

Also a sandwich of horchata ice cream with oreo cookies, but smaller than what we thought it'd be, still very good. Prices very reasonable and lines go quick with friendly staff. We have all had the fast food drink experience where the carbonation to syrup was at bad ratios. But the Coke from the fountain here was excellent. Just another part of a great fast food experience.”

When you walk in, you look at the menu on the wall and then enter the line to order. I guess you could say I’d prefer to also have the menu at the register just in case you forget or want to add anything. I ordered the western bbq salad and the urban fries. The urban fries came out first. They were delicious. My salad came out a few minutes later and it did not have the onion ring toppings. I was disappointed but then I decided to go up and ask for it. Alyson the cashier was great and offered for it to be remade or if I just wanted it on the side to top. I told her I will just take it on the side. No need to make a whole new salad. My salad was delicious as well. I would definitely come back again.”

“Visited our local BJ's restaurant and brewery in Elk Grove, ca. This particular restaurant is located in what I would call restaurant row for Elk Grove. Many places to eat and to choose from. We have been to many BJ's before but this is our first review of this chain and location.First this location is very popular with the locals, so be prepared for waits in some occasions. If you can, call their location it will advise of wait times and sign you up to be on the wait-list if need be. A separate phone call needed for reservations. We called and only had a 5 to 10 minutes to wait so we placed ourselves on the automated wait list. No pain no hassle. All we had to do was give our name to the greeter when we arrived. No wait.We were seated at a table behind the bar. This is a brewery also, so many people watching the NBA playoffs, some special occasions also were being celebrated.Our server was being trained. His name was "Conner" and he was a personable young man, polite and looked to our needs. Took our drink requests immediately and asked if we had a loyalty account. I ask you how many server's ask you that upfront or do you have to tell them that information? So "Conner" was on it as far his responsibility to guests.For appetizers we order garlic cheesy bread sticks for marinara dipping sauce and also Brussel sprouts cooked in brown sugar and Sriracha. The bread was served warm, and was soft and sweet. IMHO really all it needed was some honey butter, instead of the marinara sauce. The brussel sprouts were tart and crispy, while the siracha gave it some heat and spice kick.For the main course my wife ordered the chicken breast served with mashed potatoes covering the chicken and asparagus on top. My wife stated the chicken was moist and the mashed potatoes had lumps which indicated made from scratch. The gravy was thick and seasoned.I ordered the New Orleans jambalaya. The jambalaya come to you in a large bowl. I recommend you mix the in bowl thoroughly, so that each bite has enough spices, chicken, sausage, rice and vegetables in each bite. At this BJ's the cooks passed my test for ingredients, spice and cooking at the right temperature so as not to undercook or overcook the dish. I love jambalaya and it's hard not to judge places based on actual Louisiana cooking, but BJ's passed my test and standards for being moist, seasoned well with all ingredients I expected.For dessert we shared a caramel topped chocolate chip poozokie cookie heated with vanilla ice cream on top. I delicious after dinner treatWe will return to this location again and will forward to being served by "Conner" and experiencing other food offerings off their menu.Parking: Parking lot is shared, so while plentiful parking, you may have to walk a bit of the restaurant is slammed with patrons.”
“There were lots of variety of dim sums, more than what I'm normally use to; carts and carts of goodies. And you don't have to wait very long. You can always see the carts roaming around. Which is a good thing. I hate to have to wait around for the carts to come out of the kitchen and to you. Service was great too, friendly. The only thing i was hoping for was the flavors. With the name "well season ", it was not that. But that's my taste. Other than that, liked it”

“I came here for lunch last week. When I came in I was quickly seated. The wait staff were very helpful and friendly. The restaurant has plenty of seating and a wonderful bar. I ordered the bison cheesesteak egg rolls, bistro salad and the Cajun dry rub boneless chicken. The egg rolls were delicious and the bison meat was cooked to perfection. The boneless wings were delicious and very flavorful. The bistro salad consist of mixed greens, red onion, blue cheese crumbles, crispy onions and vinaigrette. The salad was phenomenal and very flavorful. The boneless chicken was delicious and juicy. I also ordered the others whiskey sour. The drink was delicious and very fresh. The ambiance is customer friendly and very nice setup.”
“I discovered Mountain Mikes when I first moved to Elk Grove. Love the choices in pies and the fast delivery. They quote you 45 minutes but they always deliver sooner. The delivery persons have all been very polite and on time. This is my go-to place if I need a pizza. I have not dined in their establishment so I can't say what type of ambiance they have. But I'm assuming it's standard.”
“Place is really nice brand new has a ton of machines and a lot of table games! Tables definitely pay I doubled my money! Alcohol is offered on the floor which is nice! Great filtration system didn't smell like smoke to me. Great location easy to get to right off the highway. Definitely will be back!”

The place is a little outdated… actually very outdated and tired! lol It’s time to replace the old booths and faded posters on the wall. There’s a few parking spots in the front and extra parking in the back. Soda refills only .25 cents each. Closed on Sundays.”

Took me long enough to finally try this place out and I'm glad I finally did! The pineapple cloud reminded me of Disneyland's dole whip with pineapple chunks at the bottom of it. It was so refreshing and satisfied my pregnancy quench cravings. I can't believe it's $7 for a drink nowadays in Elk Grove. My only complaint was how dirty their bathroom was.
