“The Mediterranean dishes have a modern twist to the traditional plates and gyros. The host is very nice and makes you feel welcomed. If you order a plate entree, portions and vegetables are satisfying and fresh. The gyros are wrapped with a tortilla. Sauces for the dishes include traditional tzatziki or other non traditional sauces like Chipotle, or garlic sauce. We ordered the beef shawarma plate and the lamb gyros wrap. Complimentary cold water was provided in a nice glass bottle.“
“The food is good. We don't have many places near us where we can get a quick bite. Yummy is quick, reasonably priced and delicious. The loaded fries are over the top and definitely shareable. Texted my order, paid from my phone then my husband picked it up after shopping at Ace hardware. Life is good“
“From the moment I walked through the door, they welcomed me like an old friend. It's a small market, along with a to-go food order counter. Everything is clean, and a sign above the door says Halal. I've tried the Falafel, Falafel Sandwich (pita style), and Chicken Shawarma wrap. Their Chicken Shawarma wasn't what I was expecting (different flavor profile that some other places), but it was still amazing quality ... and a little better than those other styles. Their Falafel is the best I've ever had in my life, from anywhere (in Sacramento, in the Bay Area, on the East Coast). They also have some assortment of nuts and snacks, and I tried the coconut covered dates, as well as the strawberry+milk Turkish Delight. Both were outstanding. (I've now been there 3 times, and expect to go there semi-frequently) The Market has various products of regional interest. I took home and tried a packet for making Cardamom Coffee (grounds and cardamom, not an instant), and it was rather good, even though I didn't exactly make it correctly. I'm going to try again at some point. Great place, great selection, great food, and most of all: great staff. I vaguely wish they were on a delivery service, but I worry that the quality would suffer if I ordered it that way. But that's as close as I can come to a complaint.“
“Good food but some items are pricey for no reason like their soups. $10 for a small cup. The staff also are limited with their interactions and cusomter service. The can be better and should be better. They have good potential. Highly recommended for quick bites.“
“Went here for lunch one day. Staff was cool, service was good. Had a beef and lamb Gyro and a side of Falafel and Baklava. Ran about 23.00 but it was a good meal. The falafel was done right. The Gyro tasted good. The Baklava looks like 2 pieces but it's actually one. That was done well too. If you go there you won't dislike what they have. They also have Suvlaki and vegetarian options too. They got a bit of something for most people. Go try it.“
“I don’t eat out, and am very picky with the quality of my food, better said, my stomach is even pickier. And thank God for Rumi Oasis because I don’t know what I would have done without them. On days when I don’t want to cook, I know I can have a clean healthy meal. My family orders from there almost everyday. All their food is good, amazing desserts. My top and only choice is Rumi Oasis.“
“Amazing foood!!! I tried their Arabian shawarma meal, it was awesomely delicious! The owner is a friendly guy. I would highly recommend them. The only thing I didn’t like was that their bathroom seemed to be closed and they didn’t have forks on counter. Other than that, it’s a great place to check out. I’ll be coming to try their other menu items out.?“
“Finding high quality falafel in the Bay Area can be difficult at times. This restaurant did not disappoint at all. My family ordered from their variety of salads and platters. The chicken was moist and delicious. The falafel crisp and fresh. I will gladly return to this establishment whenever I am in the mood for Mediterranean food.“
“There is a lack of Greek places in sac so I'm excited about this new place. I got the gyro platter. It was seemingly fresh but needed some more flavor. The rice was not good, the salad was meh and the tzatziki didn't taste like anything. I would definitely come back though and maybe try a pita wrap or something.“
“I loved the food here. I have tried every halal place there is and I’m a big fan of bolani and gyros and it was the best experience. The quality of food was also really good and the price was definitely worth it. I forgot to clean my camera which is why the pictures didn’t come out that clean. But everyone definitely go check it out!“
“Food is 10/10, every time we eat here. I recommend the combination plate and kabob plates since that is always full of flavor and steaming hot, it’s our favorite here. Usually we get mild and add chili as needed. Food is usually always ready in 10-15 min so it’s very fast! My favorite Mediterranean spot ??“
