Ember gave us a quality place to eat, drink, and bond. My favorites were their cheesy ramen and bulgogi. I appreciate the interior designs too. One of the people who served us was the owner himself! He introduced us to 1) my new favorite soju (yuzu + elderflower + 18% alc content ) apparently one of the only places to find this in Northern California 2) some stories about the making of Ember 3) warm welcome to this new restaurant! Yummy!! I love the bright interior and the openness of this restaurant. The best part is that it is not smokey at all! Service was quick and we luckily were able to get a seat quick. Food was good. I love that they had the cold noodles. Quality was overall very good and the choices of meats can't be beat. Brisket, bulgogi, and galbi are our go tos.

The food was great and the service was spectacular. We are full after finishing our 2nd meat pick. The best part is when you walk in, you can't even smell the bbq smoke. This place is superior to other Korean bbq. I will definitely come back!
