“I live in Sacramento, but come to the Elk Grove area often and have tried a few different donut shops, but there haven't really been any that have stood out...until Elk Grove Donuts! My daughter and I like to pick up donuts when we are headed over to see my parents. She loves their glazed donuts and glazed donut holes, and I am obsessed with their maple old fashioned donuts! It doesn't matter if it's a weekday or a weekend, they are usually always busy. If you go into the store, you will most likely be waiting in a line, but I promise you, it's worth the wait! You can also place an order on DoorDash, which we will occasionally do. However, if the store is very busy, they may not accept the order. Either way, if you're in the area, give them a try - they also have breakfast sandwiches, coffees, and other drinks!“
“My first time here. Drove all the way from Arden Arcade to try Xulo!I tried their cajeta latte- hot ? so good!I ordered the avocado toast with the side of greens and the breakfast sandwich on brioche with bacon and side of potatoes. Would get again!Ok, GET the side of greens! They have a dressing que es poquito dulce (a little sweet) and a little spicy! They are SO good, i liked them better than the potatoes and i love potatoes.“
“The original Donut shop in Elk Grove and still the best in EG and perhaps in the Nation. Never have I ever had a better donut. Fresh, fluffy and perfect sweetness (not overly sweet like others, nor greasy like others). Customer service is always kind and attentive!“
“Our Elk Grove Crumbl Cookie is always a fun treat with its menu that changes weekly. We usually go there about twice a month. I especially like the pie style cookies, but I have never been disappointed by anything I have ordered. I also appreciate how immaculate this location is kept. There has never been a long wait to be served, either. This past weekend, we went there but were disappointed with a few things. First, the employee that served us didn't seem very pleased to be there. There wasn't a warm friendly smile or any suggestion on what to order when we asked. Also, when ordered the pie style cookies, there were no forks or napkins. It is hard to eat the pie cookie without a fork! We had to go next door to Starbucks to get these items. Hopefully, these issues do not become routine because I am such a huge fan of this place. I would have given five stars on this review but dropped to four as a result.“
“This marks my second visit to this establishment after a considerable interval. While the shop is easily noticeable from the street, the actual entrance is situated in an unconventional corner. On a chilly, rainy day, I treated my children to donuts. My daughter opted for mini donut holes, while my son selected donuts adorned with sprinkles. Both of them thoroughly enjoyed their choices. It's worth noting that credit card transactions incur a fee of $0.40. The quality of their donuts is exceptional. Whether you're seeking a morning pick-me-up or an afternoon indulgence, they have assorted donuts to savor the sweetness palette.“
“This review is for their Too Good To Go purchase. I decided to try this place since I was in the neighborhood and I was not disappointed at all. The selection of donuts that were given to me for the price I paid for was definitely worth it. Robert, who was working that day, was very nice and friendly and definitely a delight to talk to. He even extended an invitation for me to come back and try other kinds of donuts. Definitely go check this place out!“
